I was on business trip to Guangzhou and needed a relaxing day tour of Guangzhou city. I got what exactly I wanted. This was a private tour with English speaking guide (Kevin). They provided us with a nice big van. It was very comfortable and clean. The driver was safe driver. They covered the stops they agreed upon in timely manner. Lunch, tickets for the sights are all covered in the tour cost. Our guide, Kevin, was very informative. He has a good knowledge of history. The lunch provided was a buffet in a good restaurant. Our group contained 2 Indians and 1 Brazilian. We liked the food from the restaurant. We are very happy with the tour. If you have a day for city sightseeing, you can definitely go for this tour. Ask for Kevin as your guide.

Don't bother with pre-booking tickets. I was there in October 2019. I presented my passport at the ticket booth and was provided an entry ticket free of charge, along with a free sub-ticket for another section of the complex. And there was no line-up either. The same thing at the Summer Palace. Completely free as a foreigner. Only locals have to pay to get in. At the Forbidden City, the entry was not free but reduced from the regular ticket prices.

DO NOT use this tour company if you are not from China. Our experience was nothing but a huge disaster. We ended up paying to literally experience the land on our own and get completely lost and we were not able to enjoy the beauty the rice terraces had to offer. The tour company only gave back half our money after all the struggles we went through and many many emails later.

Great show, especially watching it outdoors. Love this so much. You have to visit here in Guangzhou. Travelling in Guangzhou is not so difficult except for some language problems until recently the GZ government has had an interpretation hotline(+8620960169), which can provide great service for public affairs and government services. I used several times taking taxi and asking for directions, the interpreters are quite professional.
