In the outskirts of Athens, in Sounion area, barely 30 meters from the sea, we transformed a long lost hotel and a piece of land, into a small paradise of summer houses and high quality flats. For people that want to escape, it is ideally located underneath the ancient temple of Poseidon. The place where the ancient legend of Theseus ended, and where the name "Aegean Pelagos" came to be. There are more than fifteen Private houses and flats, each one with its own spectacular view. Each house can accommodate from 4 to 6 people and each one of them is luxury furnished. Sounion area is located barely 10 minutes with car from the nearest town and port, called Laurion and 1 hour from the Airport of Eleftherios Venizelos. Among wood hill and the spectacular see, Sounio is a unique spot to spend your holidays and have a relaxing time. If you have any questions about the house or the area, do not hesitate to contact us!

Beautiful place with some limitations
Reviewed By 7268Very friendly greeting on arrival. Helpful pre-arrival telephone call. I stayed here one night in December 2021 while awaiting a friend's arrival at the airport. The villa is convenient to the airport. + The villa is beautiful and well appointed. + Some snacks in the kitchen. + The location is in a residential neighborhood near the shoreline (wouldn't call it a beach). + The bed was absolutely miserable--hard as a rock. + Hot water in the shower is warm, not hot. + Easy in and out with a car, but a car is an absolute must. + A few minutes drive from Port Rafti where you'll find plenty of good places to eat.

Absolutely fantastic!
Reviewed By Derek SI only spent one night at this fabulous place a little over a week ago as I had an early morning flight out of Athens airport and it was close to the airport. Absolutely spectacular place! Absolutely huge small apartment with two beds, kitchen area, lovely modern bathroom with walk-in shower, pleasant sitting area along with a private terrace outside my front door. Lovely swimming pool, gorgeous small beach just a few minutes walk down the road, bakery and café restaurant, bar a couple of minutes walk in the other direction. I enjoyed my stay, will stay here again and I highly recommend this place to anyone. It was great!

Little paradise next to the beach

Castle by the Sea is situated in Artemida,only a few km from Athens Airport, or a 20 minute drive. Also,only 4km from the Port of Rafina. The Castle like villa is beautifully decorated and has beautiful garden .Also situated only 900 m from an organised beach, suitable for children to swim. The Villa can accomdate up to 15 persons, and there are many rooms to choose from.

Maria contacted me via WhatsApp immediately after booking and was available 24/7 - an absolute plus that she uses digitization professionally and in an exemplary manner. The apartment is much larger and more comfortable than I thought, and I was particularly surprised by the cleanliness and the complete kitchen. Iron and ironing board were also available. A huge plus was being allowed to bring pets, as that was my top priority. The location of the apartment is perfect, as it is right on the beach and you can have a beautiful environment to walk and enjoy the sun. Bus stops and a pharmacy are right in front of the house, and various supermarkets can be found within a few minutes' walk. My stay was short but Maria absolutely convinced me. I will come back! DEUTSCH Erstklassiger und vorbildlicher Service! Maria hat sich direkt nach der Buchung per WhatsApp bei mir gemeldet und war 24/7 erreichbar - ein absoluter Pluspunkt dass sie die Digitalisierung professionell und vorbildlich nutzt. Das Apartment ist deutlich größer und komfortabler als gedacht, besonders überrascht hat mich die Sauberkeit und die vollständige Küche. Bügeleisen sowieso Bügelbrett waren auch vorhanden. Ein riesiger Pluspunkt war die Erlaubnis Haustiere mitzunehmen, denn das war für mich höchste Priorität. Die Lage des Apartments ist perfekt, da es direkt am Strand liegt und man eine wunderschöne Umgebung zum spazieren und Sonne genießen haben kann. Bushaltestellen sowie eine Apotheke ist direkt vor dem Haus, in wenigen Gehminuten findet man auch verschiedene Supermärkte. Mein Aufenthalt war kurz aber Maria hat mich absolut überzeugt. Ich werde wieder kommen!

Τα πολλά παράθυρα στο σαλόνι και το άπλετο φως δημιουργούν μια τόσο όμορφη ατμόσφαιρα με θετική ενέργεια που πραγματικά καθηλώνεσαι. Τα μπαλκόνια έχουν υπέροχη θέα : βλέπεις βουνό και θάλασσα μαζί. Τα πάντα στο κατάλυμα είναι προσεγμένα: τα σκίαστρα είναι αυτόματα, η στήλη υδρομασάζ απολαυστική, τα κρεβάτια άνετα με σκεπάσματα coco mat, το στερεοφωνικό στο σαλόνι γεμίζει το χώρο με υπέροχη, καθαρή μουσική, η διακόσμηση είναι πανέμορφη και πολύ χαλαρωτική. Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα όχι μόνο για την ποιότητα ,την καθαριότητα, τη θέα αλλά και για την οικονομική του τιμή. Μην χάσετε αυτήν την εμπειρία,είναι μοναδική ! ! !

Summer Vacations at Athens
Reviewed By alza007The hotel is just a 3, no more of that. Although the rooms like nice the bathroom is little bit different on special the bath, the fouce does not have handler for the shower. The staffing are good and able to help you.
