Amazing location on the outskirts of Mashobra
Reviewed By Sheetal PThe best part of this hotel is its location. Its on the outskirts of Mashobra overlooking the mountains covered with deodar trees. While going to the hotels the road goes through a deodar forest which is beautiful. The view from the room is amazing. We had the last room on the second floor. I think this is a good hotel with a decent price as breakfast and dinner is included in the price. The room is spacious and clean. They have a very good recliner or lounger. The balcony is big. Monkeys often visit the balcony and it was good entertainment for my son but one of them became really aggressive. They come looking for food so keep the balcony door shut at all times else they come into your room. Food is really good although only vegetarian is served. Now for the negatives. The dining area is really small so it can get crowded at times. The approach to the dining area smells sometimes and is not very clean. This can be improved upon. We could not get hot water always at the time it was supposed to be available. It gets over fast. They did get a portable water heater when we requested. They dont have a travel desk of their own. This place is far from proper Mashobra although Mashobra itself is a small village. But the view from balcony makes up for everything. I will definitely go back if I am in Mashobra.

Reviewed By samawwal123I have booked online this Homestay after seeing so much positive reviews but the actual thing was quite different from the reviews, the place is far outside of Shimla with no shops nearby, the rooms was full of Insects, If u doing research on Insects, this place is perfect for you, as u can see different kind of insects in your room. If you are dog lover than also this place is perfect for you as one dog is living on upper floor and one at lower floor and they have too many friends at streets also and they chit chat with each other all over night.

Reviewed By ishaan7896Royal Enfield Club Noida was on a spiti circuit tour and had a stopover in Sainj at Atul Residency. We took 6 AC rooms and they were pretty decent. All amenities were functional and maintained. Food quality and quantity was amazing with very polite staff. One of our rider left his wallet there and I really appreciate it when they called and informed about it and really helped in getting us back to Noida. I thank Mr. Atul (owner) for the help and effort for getting the wallet back. If you are going through the same route do stopover for breakfast,lunch or dinner as they provide hygienic and good quality food.

Reviewed By raven55sixThe hotel is nice and very close to the bus stand. Its a comfort to have a room in this hotel. The staff is also nice and helpful. Room service is also good, they do have a bar and restaurant however not everything is available in the bar and restaurant. The quality and quantity of food is above average. The room does have a lot of insects in it. Spiders, flies and scorpions. Wouldn't recommend using their closets as there are insects there, the bed has some insects and always check below the seats before you sit down as that's where the spiders and scorpions are. Otherwise its a nice hotel and has good rooms for 1100 INR/- (food not incld.) and it is closer to the Rohru bus stand.

Highly insensitive and ignorant of the reality of their services
Reviewed By Kavyasoni88Old and dirty property with below-average hospitality. They don’t even provide fan temperature above 35°C. Calling a clean bed, drinking water, and fan (at 35°) a luxury is an utterly stupid argument. No water bottles, unresponsive staff, and an unhygienic washroom. You can safely ignore this property and book another one within a radius of 5-10km.
