Visit to Katra Vaishno Devi Shrine
Reviewed By Ramlalla59I stayed with my family for two nights in the hotel. It is small budget hotel offering all basic amenities but lacks cleanliness in dinning area and other common area. rooms are good to send night with AC working fine. Breakfast timings do not suit most of persons going early to Vaisno Mata visit by Helicopter. Front desk is congested bur services are satisfactory. Basement parking is available for cars.Food quality is also average.

This hotel offers 18 rooms that are categorised as Deluxe AC Room, Standard Family and Standard Room. All rooms give a clear view of Trikuta Hills and the path that leads to Vaishno Devi Bhawan. The rooms are well-furnished and provided with basic amenities. Each of these rooms has an attached bathroom, which is provided with all the requisite amenities and modern toiletries.

Worst hotel i have stayed in my life - first of all owner( kannu sharma 9906229009 ) is cheater, he just talk too much and don't do what he say, so don't trust on him. - wifi was not working - bulbs and electrical switches also missing - towel, soap, shampoo this basic amenities were also not provided. - Hot water constantly running out. - No ventilation in bathroom (No window or extractor fan) leaving the bathroom misty after taking a shower and leaving it smelly after using the loo. -drainage system was too bad after shower all water flows out of bathroom. - Beds were extremely uncomfortable. - Pillows were solid hurting your neck when you slept. - Room was dust central and very dirty, dust had settled everywhere. Under the bed was filthy with dirt and dust looked like it had been forgotten about by the cleaner. - Bed sheets were filled with too much when we asked kannu (the owner) if we could have them changed he replied "well the cleaner has finished whos going to do it?" I have honestly never been anywhere and met such rude two faced staff.

Reviewed By Ranjan KWe have visited katra with my family and booked a room on dated 26th August 2018 found that the staff member of this hotel in non cooperative and showing rude behaviour, food is not available at the hotel and breakfast is not good, location is more than one km far from katra chawk i.e yatra parchi counter.we have only found wrong information about hotel what is display online. We have booked hotel online by MMT with complementary breakfast but in the next morning Mr ranjit singh receptionist has denied to offer my complementary breakfast when i was complaint to oyo customer care then he was agree with my offer.

A good budgeted place to stay which is near to the Railway Station
Reviewed By amanshrmI went to Katra Vaishno Devi on 26th January 2017, i happened to get my stay there and i found it, as a good place. They have good clean rooms and the facilities are good except for their Restaurant, we had tea and a sandwich there, which was not something i would try. They provide free pick up and drop facility to the Main gate and anywhere in the Katra town.

Hotel JP International is a modern hotel offering elegant rooms at a reasonable price. The property is well-maintained and provides rooms that are fitted with the best modern amenities. All guests will have access to free internet and large king-sized beds in the rooms. The bathrooms are spacious and clean. The hotel has an in-house restaurant and is close to all major bus stops and tourist operators. You can easily visit the Vaishno Devi Temple, Shiva Temple and The Raghunath temple which are a short distance away. The Beersheba Church of God is also nearby.

Reviewed By DavinuiWent to hotel with my family and had confirmed booking for 2 rooms. Hotel gave it away to some one else and left us out. We went to check in at 12.30pm during the night time with family and kids. Hotel staff gave no explanation why they did not kept our booking??? Worst experience.. no trust in staff and have no customer care

Hotel Jagdamba is a comfortable hotel located in Katra. The luxurious rooms are decorated with bright colors and wooden furniture. Each room has an AC and a TV, along with a king-sized bed. The bathrooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel also offers complimentary vegetarian breakfast for all its guests. The hotel has round the clock security with CCTV cameras. The Katra Railway station is only 5 minutes from the hotel. The main Vaishno Devi Temple starting point is located an hour away from the hotel, but there are also a few temples located in the vicinity of the hotel.
