Reviewed By steve rHotel is very nice, rooms are big, bar is very good, parking is a few minutes walk but good. The evening meal and wine was excellent, very well presented, the breakfast is also nice, lots of choice. All in all a nice hotel.

Excellent Christmas stay
Reviewed By travelerSI81It was our third visit. We booked Notre Bastide to have a wonderful Christmas. The Christmas dinner was elaborated and delicious. Every dishes from aperitif to dessert were great. Our children were happy, too. They always cook with safe and fresh local ingredients. Stories about the selected ingredients were interesting and impressive. Their breakfast was also full of variety and lovely. We could experience a newly installed jacuzzi at night with a glass of champagne! It became an unforgettable Christmas memory. They always offers us warm welcome, delicious food and desserts, and comfortable rooms. We will make a fourth visit in the near future. Thank you as always!

Reviewed By elisapN5333VEthe hotel was praised family friendly, but that's wasn't our experience. We also had some unfriendly encounters with the person at the lobby. Our expectation for him was to be be obliging and offer help. Instead we were told to wait 20 minutes as he had some calls and other things to do. The room, especially the bathroom, was not really clean. e.g. there were still splashes on the mirror from the previous guests. Also: There was really really loud music from other guests outside our room. Despite a one-time intervention by the hotel staff, the music was not turned down. But nothing else was done either. All in all a disappointing experience and not worth the price.

Reviewed By Chris PJust returned from a 3 night stay here with friends and have to say we couldn't have found anywhere better. Anne was a perfect host - so kind & eager to please. She even provided breakfast an hour earlier than normal for us on our last day in order for us to catch our flight. Beautiful accommodation - rooms immaculate and tastefully furnished and the pool and surrounding area are excellent. Situated in an ideal location to explore the area we wished to see - we will definitely be returning.

Good price, good location, quiet and good management
Reviewed By Jean Pierre PI went to Bordeaux to visit one of my sons. I travelled in bicycle. There is a safe garage where you can park your bicycle or the hotel offer you to bring it ion the room. Perfect. The rooms have a small kitchenette wit microwave and 2 plates stove, and a fridge. Perfect. You can pay 10 Euro more ans have a view on the lake. Quiet, clean and confortable. There is a little (but complete) supermarket at 20 second walk. The hotel offers also washing machine (6 euro including soap) - usefull for me. The Tram is at 12 minute walk. You are a bit off the city center but it is quiet, nice and it has a good value. I spend 5 nights. At 30 second walk: There is the Caliceo Spa (you can get a 5% reduction) buying the tiket at hotel. There are large pools at 33oC. (would be perfect at 35 oC). It is very relaxing after a day in the vineyard, bicycling or in town.
