DBU HK gives you a peaceful and quiet place to sleep in 34 new and modern rooms. All rooms have private shower/toilet, WiFi, TV and direct access to our yard, where you can enjoy the day in the sun. Breakfast is served between 07.00 - 09.00 on weekdays and 08.00 - 10.00 on the weekends. We have free and save parking in our locked parking spaces, bus parking is also available on our premise. Check in starts at 14.00 - check out latest 10.00 The reception is open on weekdays between 09.00 - 15.00, hereafter it will be self check in. Often asked questions are answered on the information board at the reception or in the room, after closing time of the reception. Dogs of 10 kg or less are allowed.

Reviewed By Timothy MThe room was small, but clean. The property is designed mostly for athletic training camps, so the room has the feel and look of a college dorm, but with an industrial vibe. There’s not a 24-hour reception desk, but that’s rarely a problem, as long as you remember to save the code for the outside door. The property is suburban, so a little distant from tourist sites—but accessible enough. Breakfast is available for a charge, but coffee is free in the lounges. There’s no A/C, but all the rooms are below ground level, which must help. Of course, the affiliation with the national football/soccer team is a nice feature, too! Recommended.

Dejligt og stille ophold
Reviewed By Steen Withen NVi var et selskab på 40 pensionister som opholdt os på slottet i forbindelse med en rejse til Mols Bjerge. Det var et dejligt ophold i værelser med dejlige (og dyre) Hästens senge/madrasser. Morgenmaden var ekseptionel - dejlige nybagte rundstykker og deres croisantter er de bedste nord for Paris. Aftensmaden var afvekslende og dejlig med gode salater

Reviewed By 433gerttEn rigtig god Bed and Breakfast. Virkeligt lækkert sted, alt var pænt og rent. Rigtig god senge og mulighed for at vælge mellem flere slags dyner og puder. Nemt og finde, og gode parkerings muligheder. Morgenmaden var virkelig lækker.

Would like to particularly thank Marcus who returned to the hotel after his shift to help us when the hotel doors wouldn't open to let us in late at night. The main reception and restaurant are lovely and welcoming. The rooms are large, modern and well-equipped. Particularly liked the new bathrooms. The view from all the rooms is amazing. As far as I could tell, every room has a great view of the see. Breakfast, although only available at the Weekends was good value too. Only a couple of minutes walk to the centre of Ebeltoft but a quiet location.

Reviewed By GregerB54Ett tidigare vårdhem som gjorts om till BnB, men som i praktiken mer är av karaktären vandrarhem. Många barnfamiljer hittar hit. Stora rum med en del "arv" från vårdhemsepoken fortfarande kvar. Slitet och inte välstädat. Standardfrukost serveras på morgonen. För övrigt finns inget att köpa. Närmaste butik, pölsevogn, eller restaurang är i Bönnerup alt Grenå, och dit är det inte promenadavstånd. Trädgården (atrium) var inte inbjudande - smutsiga bord och stolar inkl bra variation av fågelskit

Exceptional Spa and reception but horrible restaurant service and food
Reviewed By mikael_ernstOur experience was somewhat ambivalent the Spa was wonderful. Beautiful location and the spa employees was service minded and friendly. The hotel reception was forthcoming and smiling a great atmosphere. The restaurant however did not meet our expectations and didn’t meet the standard of the other areas. The service was disorganized and there was a clear distinguishing between “A and B” guests. The food was overcooked and seem like it’s been reheated and the plates was dirty. Overall I would strongly recommend a trip to the spa but would stay clear off the restaurant.

Landal Ebeltoft is an idyllic holiday park located on the coast and beach. There is a beautiful view from each bungalow. Enjoy the various hiking and cycling routes and discover what Djursland has to offer. Many attractions, child-friendly sandy beaches, fascinating wild nature and fun seaside resorts. Discover the water sport activities around the park. After an active day outdoors, visit the restaurant in the park. The park also features an indoor swimming pool, a mini-golf course, a tennis court, a gym and a playground. Fun for young and old, in and around the park!
Great place to stay

It is a bit unclear there which house you can get, so we were a bit carried away by beautiful pictures, while the house we got was a bit outdated, and offered 2 2-persons beds when we expected 2 single beds for kids. Anyway, the house is greatly located in the middle of the village, fully equipped with everything a family with small kids needs. The village is extremely quiet, there is a sport center with a small supermarket, a restaurant, a swimming pool and other facilities. It is safe environment, a beach is 5 minutes drive away. We would come again!

Misleading advert -- who wants to stay in the basement

We were tricked into believing that we had booked the lake view -- we had not and ended up in the basement. From other reviews --- and by the response of our hosts when we complained -- this is something that the owners are well aware of. I should have taken more care when I booked the room, but that said, Kabysen knows this is a scam. We stayed one night because we had no other options, but canceled our second night because it is unacceptable to rent out a basement. It was also extremely noisy and the shower flooded. The couple who own the property seem very nice, but that did not make up for the disappointment. As far as we could see, the lake view room is basically unavailable -- which also brings the ethics of the owners into question.
