Outstanding boutique hotel

Reviewed By JMNZug

As a family, we had two rooms in this lovely boutique hotel. Each was unique, very well furnished and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms had spacious and luxurious bathrooms with rain showers. The rooms also have cute balconies overlooking the park. Very relaxing and calm environment. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Breakfast buffet was made with very good quality ingredients. The hotel is recent and in a very well renovated character building. Very highly recommend a visit here.

Hotel de La Sorelle - Golf et Restaurant

Excellent stay for golfers

Reviewed By jglaw

This hotel is situated at the center of a golf course, beautifully located in a valley close to the Ain river. Non golfers will be a bit deceived as the hotel is mostly oriented onto golfers, reception shared with the club reception and not really fancy. The hotel is in an impressive former farmhouse, beautiful from the outside but lacking a bit of charm at the inside. Rooms are well equipped, but no balconies or terraces due to the structure of the building. Dinner and breakfast is served on the terrace in front of the building, overlooking the golf slopes. Excellent food, just missed some cereals at the breakfast.

Best breakfast ever, everything is homemade! I love all the bread and pastry! All rooms are newly refurbished. There is a living room with board games and there are many travel info booklets about the neighborhood. They even have a website of info email to us after booking, very considerate. There is supermarket and petrol station nearby. Easy to travel with cars.

A warm welcome awaited us. Very comfortable and peaceful accommodation beside the Loire, in a former water mill. Our bedroom was spacious with a very comfortable bed. The fact that there was no television added to the peace and enjoyment. Breakfast was good, and the evening meal was excellent.

Cosy and lovely!

Reviewed By clineaus

We came here as a family of 5 for one night, we had a lot of space in our rooms and we found the hosts very friendly and sweet people. They made sure we were comfortable and we felt at home and relaxed the entire time. It's not overly fancy, but you have all you need and are very comfortable, it has charm and a cosy southern french countryside feel. The breakfast was nice and self serve. We would have been happy to stay longer!

Le Felicien

Excellent base for Ardèche cycling or touring - very comfortable and excellent value

Reviewed By cm84410

Spent two nights here with friends in early September as part of a cycling trip in the Ardèche. Really enjoyed our stay at Le Felicien. The hotel was created quite recently in a building that was formerly a boarding school. Rooms were comfortable and nicely appointed, breakfast was very good, and our dinner on the large back terrace was excellent. If you're cycling they have a secure storage shed for bicycles. All in all, an excellent 3-star hotel offering very good value for money. It is well located for cycling or general touring in the Ardèche.
