Food for the soul
Reviewed By philipsG5459IHHaving traveled all over the world and seen all there is of a truly original experience from NYC to Tokyo, i can tell you that leaving this place left me feeling more in touch with Mother Earth and what is important in life. I was invited to join a small gathering to try out their recently revived menu, and giving my thoughts. I will only shortly touch on the food, as it is in my view secondary to the over all experience. In their effort to build a menu around sustainability and health, their team presented a 8 section service. Each course as delicious and beautiful as the next. It had a very natural flow from course to course. All the ingredients was from no more then a few kilometers away, every single detail ingeniously considered to minimize our carbon footprint and off course to delight in our senses. Sitting there in the middle of nature, and letting all the senses be exposed was more then just a culinary experience. I think everyone should at least give this a try as it shows a whole new way of engaging with the food industry. And that it is possible to be kind to earth and still eat great food! I will soon revisit this tiny gem, to find my peaceful spot.

Hotel nice and clean, food not so tasty
Reviewed By AgaDLHotel is quite New, room was clean, bathroom also. The food was not so tasty, especcialy the breakfast. I recomend the hotel, but the breakfast should be better. Also the reception was in restaurant and nobody was speaking English. It was hard to check in.

Low value for money - basic basic basic
Reviewed By evadoboszWe stayed 1 night - paid 1500kr. Sounded and looked by pix very cozy and nice. Arriving to a barack area, well grown garden, the lawn was newely cut but rest of the place looked like falling apart and the room was old smelly room. Breakfast bag consisting of low energy prod/high level of sugar. Only area of highlight was the breakfast area inside of the main room. All cups and cutleries were put aside - I assume to easy blame on Corona - but to be honest for the money paid its not ok to eat on paper tablets and plastic cups. Sorry to say. We will not def. stay here again.

Reviewed By Lupo126Non è un hotel, bensì un affittacamere. Le stanze sono pulite e accoglienti. Buoni gli spazi in comune e un piacevole giardino sul retro. Da quel che mi risulta, è l'unica sistemazione che possiate trovare a Nybro (una buona colazione si può fare in un bar a pochi passi). Ho dato 5 pallini perchè il proprietario, il signor Risto, è stato molto accogliente e premuroso. Avevo dimenticato il cellulare in camera, e me l'ha spedito in Italia il giorno seguente. BRAVO! Ci tornerò.

Experience al right!
Reviewed By T CThe previous reviewer called this an experience! That's for sure - never experienced anything like it since I was a boy scout and went camping. The cottage has 4 beds - you have to be a top flight athlete to climb into the top ones. Toilet facilities are common for all of the cottages and you have to find yourselves across a dark patch of grass to get there. Not for me again.

Reviewed By Tilda ÖEn härlig upplevelse med naturen nära. Boendet är simpelt, men man behöver inte mer. Skönt att kunna gå ner till sjön och leka runt i området. Fisket gick toppen och maten var supergod. Ett ställe jag alltid vill tillbaka till :)

Reviewed By patrick lMycket trevlig B&B för några nätter. Vi bodde 2 nätter och trivdes utmärkt. Enkla men stora rum, mycket rent. Delade toalett med 1 annat rum. Helt fantastisk frukost med nybakat bröd och och stor utbud av pålägg och andra tillbehör. Värdparet gjorde varm choklad till barnen. Här bor vi igen om vi besöker Visingsö.
