APPALLING EXPERIENCE
Reviewed By AliceK448All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

Reviewed By perdidoxahiBonita pension, bien situada en el centro, con mucha tranquilidad, habitaciones grandes y limpias. dispone de un comedor en la planta baja, asi como de jardin en el exterior. Como pega NO permite pagar con tarjeta, pero admiten euros como forma de pago.

Reviewed By Dmitry TExcellent: location nearby the ski lift to Chertava Gura in the center of Harrachov, parking (for 4 cars only) in the backyard, lockers for skis right at the ground floor, clean rooms. Good: see above :) Mediocre: breakfast (would be richer, eggs not every day :/), walls between the rooms (everything is heard), WiFi (slow, works not in every place in the hotel), furniture (wooden and looks old).

We offer accommodation in one of the most beautiful part of Harrachov - Na Hřebenkách. Contact us and choose from 3 completely furnished two-rooms apartments (2 – 4 beds in one apartment), equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, crockery,...), TV-Sat, WC, shower and washbasin. Free Internet (WiFi) Parking is beside the quest house. Depository of the skies and bicycles is foregone conclusion.Enjoy the view to the ski center from the windows of all apartments. In the summer time we offer pleasant relaxation in the garden with the garden furniture, deckchairs and grill.Harrachov offer many tourist and a cycle rout to the ridge of the Giant Mountains (Krkonoąe), Jizerské mountains (Jizerky) and also to the nearby Poland. 300 m from the guest house is the place with the natural swimming pool, minigolf, table tennis and with four tennis courts inclusive of refreshment. In the winter time you can attend one of the best ski school for the children and adult too.Ski centre on the Devil's mount (Čertova hora) is around 5 minutes of slow walk from the guest house. Reviewed By ivovoWe spended one perfect week in Harrachov. We stayed at Family Guest House Rázlovi. They have clean and rooms (kitchen, bathroom, TV etc.). There is a nice view to ski jumping areal. Ski sloap is about 5 minutes walk distance. One week accomodation cost us 300 EUR (2 person). We recomend this accomodation.

Reviewed By idan kהמקום מעולה, במיקום מעולה. הגברת שמנהלת את המקום מקסימה, מחייכת ובהחלט אחזור לשם שוב. נוף מהמם,סביבה טובה,חדרים מעולים, חדר גדול עם מטבח מאבזר, נקי, מסודר,מיטות נוחות, מקלחת חמה כל הזמן, וויפי קבוע, כל מה שצריך לבקש נמצא שם.

Reviewed By BeataB1313Pensjonat w zacisznym miejscu można by było się nieźle wyspać, gdyby nie zapadnięte łóżko na którym na prawdę ciężko było się wyspać.Wszędzie blisko i to na plus.Śniadania to tragedia codziennie to samo i produkty bardzo słabej jakości, miód i dżem wlany do miski i tak przez tydzień wyciągany z lodówki aż się nie skończy..a na śniadanie żółty ser,konserwowa szynka ,niedogotowane jajka i niedobre parówki i to na tyle co do śniadania bo to wszystko co nam podano przez tydzień, lepiej już sobie kupić i robić samemu.Pokój dosyć duży z łazienką ,aneksem i balkonem z widokiem.Niestety lazienka nie dokońca posprzątana leżały kłeby kurzu na podłodze, a w aneksie brak podstawy takiej jak chociażby czajnik,patelnia i jeden porządny nóż do krojenia oraz talerz obiadowy. Gdyby to wszystko zmienić byłoby nawet nieźle.

Reviewed By Charles MExcellent Czech food. Preis very good and most of all friendly service. All very rustic, no frills, but thats what gives it its charm. Will be going again. Don't know about the accommodation but will be finding out next time. For me it may not have huge menu but it's the best food in town so far.
