Reviewed By silageWe stayed the night, had dinner and breakfast in the hotel restaurant. The hotel is conveniently situated near the hot baths and the reception is efficient. Parking with good security is provided. Rooms are small but clean.

Reviewed By Jennifer AWe got this hotel on a bit of a whim after booking it for it's low price the night before. We were very pleasantly surprised when we got there. The basic room we had was in it's own little house, surrounded by beautiful Uruguayan countryside only a 10 minutes walk from the spas. The place itself has a thermal pool which was wonderful to be in while watching the stars at night. Each room has a fridge, kettle and microwave so we were able to make a couple of meals ourselves. It is a 2 star rated accomodation, but it really is at the top of it's game for the price we paid.

Bedrooms are quite small and eventhough the construction type of rooms is country style, quality of amenities does not correspond to the level that one would expect for that price. The very nice thermal pools and watertoboggans are shared with the Posada del S XIX, not the breakfast premises. I liked a little more the bungalows that are further away to the East from the main pools in Posada del S XIX. A very enjoyable attraction, especially during spring, is the fauna of the surrounding ponds where water from the pools is dumped. You can find geese and goslings, Nutria (the Uruguayan rodent not the mustelidae), ducks of all sorts, Tararira fish which can be fished etc. For the breakfast expect a typical uruguayan thing. Cafeconleche, tortafritas, dulcedeleche caramel, quince marmelade, croissants and cheese, and the sort. Tortafritas are produced in batches that finish more rapidly than they arrive to the main table. Las stay i was surprised to find homemade waffers and pancakes (american and french style crèpes, no maple syrup though) Night is not allways pleasant as in the surroundings sometimes there is some noisy music playing. Some of the bungalows have an individual barbecue and there is a nice and big wood oven that can be used (although the hotel does not provide any baker peels nor other kind of instrument) Buy mineral water to keep in the fridge of the rooms as the hot water in the pools make you thirsty. Also bing mosquito repellent and anti mosquito tablets and plugs Do not forget swimsuits and flipflops and optionally a bath robe.

Bungalows Archi goza de una ubicacion privilegiada en el centro comercial de las Termas del Dayman, rodeado de variadas opciones gastronomicas. Ubicado a 50 metros de las Termas del Dayman, a 200 metros del Parque Acuamania y a tan solo 8 kms de la ciudad de Salto. Bungalows totalmente equipados en un entorno natural.

Reviewed By EasylivingtravelI would say this hotel served its purpose as part of short visit to Termas Del Dayman during my three week stay in Uruguay. There is nothing luxurious about this hotel but I will tell you that luxury will cost you a lot more money at Termas Del Dayman if that is what you desire. The price was within my budget and the location was perfect , just two steps from the "HOT" attraction with many options for eating and souvenir shopping nearby. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and single travelers on a budget while visiting Termas Del Dayman. Happy Travels!!!!

Reviewed By matiasb435Hands down to this property and its staff! I can’t describe how comfortable, clean, gay-friendly, and spring-waters-closely it is! Since the moment when we arrived until the moment we departed, the atmosphere was excellent, they were willing to help us out through every request we had, and they met all of our needs and requirements. Breakfast is amazing and well-done, home-made and its pastries were delicious, also the hand-squeezed orange juice was tasteful! We usually travel to Salto Spring Waters, and we will be more than happy to make out of this place our base at any time we are here! Good value, and lovely staff. Rooms were modern and comfortable! A tub in-room is a plus for relaxing after a long day of relax! We are going to be back soon!

Actually, the other hostel-places in Salto aren't that perfect and even clean. :( So for just stopp for a few days it's a place you are looking. The price is perfect (1.350 Pesos incl. breakfast compared with 1.000Pesos in Salto center without breakfast) in 04/2015) Room is large, 2 levels for sleeping, 4 beds - downstears and upstears, big bathroom and little kitchen - everything very clean. The only thing is the main Ruta beside the appartment, but it's ok. There is also an pool in the garden! Thermal pools also very close - 2min to walk! Thumb up!
