Reviewed By Stephen D SIf you want to be on the water in Bali this is it. You are right on the ocean. The dolphin tours actually come to your front door. This hotel is newly refurbished and we would not hesitate to come back here again and again. We have been to Lovina 3 times now and we will be back again. If you want to escape the crowds and just see the real Bali---well you just found it

Reviewed By Z7041FMmartintSing Sing resort is a beautiful place to stay in Lovina. We where with a party of four and had the Villa with Private Pool. The view from the pool is amazing and the water is perfect. Renting a scooter can be arranged right on the resort and driving in the mountains in Lovina is spectacular. If you don't want to leave the resort you can get everything you need at your Vila. All the people working there will make sure your vacation is just perfect.

Reviewed By balivilla4u2There are places that sincerely deserve 5 out of 5. This place is no exception. Their welcome is superb. Friendly and helpful but not over the top. As soon as you proceed to your room it is obvious cleanliness and tidings of the place is simply just 100 % carried out by all here. These spacious Villas both 1 and 2 bedroom are superbly fitted out with very comfy beds, air con, wifi, big TV and great bathrooms. Finally the view behind the infinity pool is just amazing night or day. In the mornings an excellent all included alacarte breakfast beside the pool just completes a perfect stay. Dian and Michel owners and their 2 staff Ni Wayan and I Wayan deserve a big compliment so here it is Thank you very very much!

Bagus Beach Resort is definitely in this category. From the moment I stepped into the vast grounds resplendent with old Bali charm, I knew it was going to feel like home very quickly. I was immediately greeted by the resort manager, Pak Widi, who is extremely friendly and exceedingly knowledgeable about the region's attractions and history, as well as about Balinese culture. Make sure you spend some time talking to him, he's a really lovely guy! The resort itself perfectly captures the mood of North Bali tourism: peaceful, relaxed, slower-paced, it's a bit like stepping back in time to 20 years ago, when travelers stayed for about a month, learnt some Indonesian and Balinese, whiled away the days reading books and walking, and just growing to really love and respect the place. The room I stayed in couldn't have been cozier, and was spotlessly clean. The breakfast prepared by Pak Widi's beautiful wife, Ibu Jero Made, was absolutely delicious - she makes the island's best 'jaje Bali' - traditional sweets. She's extremely talented, and a very kind soul. Bali's tourism industry will be suffering from the impact of Covid-19 for a long time to come, and the more remote parts of the island especially so. If you want to really make your rupiah count, skip the south and head up to the north. You'll be rewarded in spectacular sunsets and grateful smiles for doing so! Mooi uitzicht maar villa is gedateerd

Op de plaatjes ziet alles er spik en span uit maar in werkelijkheid is het zwaar gedateerd. Een aantal zaken die ons opvielen zijn: - de keukenkastjes vallen er bijna vanaf als je ze open of dicht doet. Soms kunnen ze niet eens dicht. - toen we buiten zaten vielen er 2 lange latten van het dak die het riet op zijn plaats moeten houden. Incl roestige spijkers die overal lagen. Het was gewoon verrot - de douche in de master bedroom komt bijna van de muur - personeel vertrekt om 17 uur en ik moet het eten opwarmen in de magnetron..niet zo lekker met fried chicken.. Ik zou dit duidelijker specificeren op de website. Ja er wordt voor je gekookt maar je eet uit de magnetron ! - op de vrije dag van het personeel kan ik niet in het hok waar de wasmachine staat. Ik wilde een was draaien omdat we terug kwamen uit Munduk en onze kleding zeer vies was. Onze tip voor de eigenaar is, - besteed er aandacht aan, het is een prachtig plekje ! Kortom - ik zou het niemand aanraden.
