Reviewed By SdmntpiThe kids love it. Ok pool. But kids love it so we went there. Food is ok. Otak2 enak. Square pool good for excersice and there is also a kids pool. Quite crowded with people on swimming lesson tho. Overall ok.

An affordable hotel with friendly staff

The staff (and drives) where amazing to us, helped with all our requests, even if we where so many and sometimes very confused. The breakfast and location are okay, but if you are here for beaches you may should choose the north side of the island, where the beaches are amazing! Otherwise the staff at Panorama are very happy to provide a driver for the whole day for you! Overall a VERY affordable place to stay.

The rooms were great, spacious and the hotel staff were understanding enough to allocate 5 rooms in one level for my family. The best part was the staff went all out to assist us In Providing transport whenever we need. My family really enjoyed the stay at Lumba Lumba Inn. Their courteous and warm touch to customer service makes us want to back to Lumba Lumba Inn again. Keep up the good work.

Reviewed By SamMMM17Wow! What a major disappointment after staying here years ago. I though it would be as good as I remembered though I was sadly mistaken. Just like the last review I read below - everything is charged through the roof especially food and drinks plus there's nowhere else to go except the hotel's properties ! Play areas are dangerous and falling apart. Definitely no happy hour, wifi is crap and stay far away unless you want to get screwed. I really hope management reads this and makes some serious changes for 2020.

Reviewed By mohammedfarhanhNo elevator, what if those guest on wheelchair or old people who cant climb up the stairs I cant believe what I see my room. Even though there a side window but I feel like claustrophobic. I feel so uncomfortable. I feel like I'm in those red light district hotel. The staff seems to be unprofessional of handling, cause I ask to change another but saying that the rooms are all taken. This will be my 1st and last time staying in this hotel.

Terrible hotel in a sketchy part of town
Reviewed By ShrubrixWorst hotel I've stayed in. Stained sheets, dusty carpet, food soaked in oil, unhelpful staff, who didn't help us with anything (things to do, tour booking, even calling a taxi). Several people smoking INSIDE dining hall during breakfast!! Sketchy location, across from karaoke bars with women lined up outside. Noise could be heard from the bedrooms till 5am!

You will find nice, spacious and clean rooms, very kind and helpful staff and good food. So go for it and enjoy. We will definitely come back.

Front Office services Need to improve

Usually when I reserve a room it only cost me abt 550 thousands rupiah but this time I was charge 800 thousands rupiah + 150 thousands for early check in.. After checked in, I noticed that there was a package cost abt 475 thousands Rupiah including Trans Studio tickets. I clarified with him and asking him for help whether he can do something about it but unfortunately he told there is nothing can be done. The room price for 550 thousands Rupiah is for standard room. Honestly I felt he should offer the standard room price. My requirements was only to have LAN connection port and I was wondering too on previous stay was charged 550 thousands rupiah. My room was only ready with LAN port connection around 11.30 AM and still being charge abt 150 thousands rupiah for early check in. His services towards with the guest are not even up to standard even on my previous stay. Honestly he need to buck up on his services and show more emphatic towards his guest. With all this unpleasant experience I have decided to stay at CK Hotel or Comfort Hotel on my next reservation.
