It is based in the very busy area of sylhet the pictures of the hotel looked nice in the website but when we stayed the floor was all marked the mattress was not good I started a cheaper hotels with much comfortable mattresses… staff spoke reasonably good English they were polite… on our checkout day there were no staff to help us out with luggage is everybody went to lunch apparently that’s absurd…

And I just loved everything about this place, how well it is decorated, staff's behaviour, food everything was top notch. I especially loved the view and the room was super nice and cozy. Stayed there for 1 night but really wished we could've stayed more. The place has almost everything including a pool, sauna, jacuzzi in our room, available parking, kids playing room

Overrated and stuck in the past let down by poor Managment
Reviewed By SonnyCash1It may have been an excellent hotel when it opened and several people I spoke to beforehand rated it highly. Sadly, I will not be one of those people. Pros A nice plate of fruits after checking in Door staff were very polite. Rooms are spacious (Executive room on 8th floor and double room on 11th floor next to presidential suite) Cons Very disappointing entrance, you go into a small entrance of the hotel but then need to take the lift to the 5th floor. The other floors between ground and 4th floor are rented out to businesses to increase revenue for the hotel. Bathrooms need to improve, I stayed in two rooms for two nights and the water from the shower leaked over the sides onto the floor (spend some money and put some fixed glass shower screens and the water won’t end on the floor) The hotel lights are turned off during the day for energy saving. At face value it’s a commendable effort ( how about spending some money and putting in some light sensors for the really dark areas so when a customer walks by the light temporary lights up ) Breakfast was a drab affair with a semblance of international offering Lunch - Lukewarm burger, which was very hard, I would say frozen and then heated up Dinner - poorly labelled lukewarm food, you could try “Srimp Spaghetti” or “Poteto Salad” if you like. Poor communication, I messaged them 3 weeks before my visit to ask for late checkout and got no response. In the end I had to book for a second day (not bad for increasing revenue) Poor single glazing allowing traffic nose to calm through. In summary, it’s an overpriced hotel for what it offers and living off its former glory.

Reviewed By Family_CholoHair at washroom!! Wet washroom floor while checked in. That is good enough to understand hygienc level of hotel. We went to hotel at 1:30 pm they said room is not ready. Then give room at 2:15 but couldn’t able to give our to rooms. They gabe one room and said another room still not ready. We found the washroom of our room is wet and hair on the floor. Then again they said player is staying at their hotel so we can't use one part of the hotel and the lift. They have another lift but that is out of service. So we need to use the stares. Gym closed! Swimming pool water like never changed in a year!! Behaviour of the staffs!!! OMG!! They will talk to you like u r their servant. Like they are paying you to stay there. I ask them i want to talk to your manager. They were like i did the mistake by asking for that.. They said Why!! Why you want to talk to the manager. Go and talk to the manager... This is a hotel that NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

Reviewed By alimlfcStayed here for 5 days for a charity trip. The rooms are clean. Breakfast has a decent selection of items. We also held a conference on the last day. The staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend for anyone staying in Sylhet.

Good Hotel with Good Location.
Reviewed By NafeeTAThe location is great. It is just 5 mins walking distance from the two top restaurants of the city. The hotel also offers parking facility. The rooms were refurbished, so and had great view. Price was value for money. overall would recommend. The complimentary breakfast was a let down but they change menus from time to time, so maybe you might get lucky.
