Perfect hotel!
Reviewed By bertamariahreinsWe (group of 12 people from Iceland) spend a whole week at this beautiful hotel and loved every minute of it. The rooms are big and clean, the food delicious and the staff wonderful. I would definitely come again.

We are in this buisness for ten years. Besides Serbian we speak English. We are there for our guest to welcome them show them Sokobanja and be at the assistence when they need it. At the request we could arrange vouchers for Terme, massage, renting bikes or hiking.
Glorious place
Reviewed By max_patrickGlorious place with attentive landlady and staff. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, clean shower room. Quiet as very slightly out of town. No building noise. (Remember Sokobanja is becoming a bit of a second-home paradise so there is a lot of building work in other places).

Reviewed By AnkicaP19Iako je sada zahladilo, pa nisam mogla da se bucnem u bazen, odmor sam provela u porodičnoj atmosferi, predivni domacini predusretljivi u svako doba dana i noći koji se trude da odgovore na sve moguće zahteve svojih gostiju. Njihova srdačnost vratiće me ponovo kod njih. Sobe su besprekorno čiste a kuhinje opremljene svim neophodnim priborom za samostalno pripremanje obroka. Topla preporuka.

Korektan smestaj sa sjajnom kuhinjom
Reviewed By Nebojsa MSmestaj Kaskade u Soko Banji spada u lepo mesto za odmor i boravak.Objekat je novijeg datuma sa lepo namestenim sobama i vrlo udobnim za odmor.Sobe su odlicno opremljene za prijatan i ugoodan smestaj.Trebalo bi poraditi na jos boljoj cistoci i higijeni jer jedna higijenicarka u tako velikom smestaju naprosto ne moze sve sama ali je to vec obaveza vlasnika a ne gostiju.Vlasnici su izuzetno ljubazni narocito supruga vlasinka i njen sin i pravi su domacini.Ono najvrednije u smestaju jeste osoblje u vidu jednog sjanog konobara i njegopvog mladjeg kolege i njih dvojica po misljenju vecine gostiju, zaista drze nivo ovog vrlo finog smestaja.Definitivno je tako i koliko god da su placeni, malo su placeni.Kada se tice hrane, ne verujem da ima bolje domace kuhinje u okolini jer je hrana izuzetno ukusna i obilna i svaka cast kuvaricama koje odlicno rade svoj posao.Prosto, vrhunska, domaca i kvalitetna kuhinja.Trebalo bi malo napora da se uposli jos jedna spremacica i da se poradi na cistoci soba, redovnoj zameni posteljine, cistoci kupatila ali i hodnika obzirom da je sve sa ukusom uradjeno, ali ako se ne bude i dlaje ovako odrzavalo, zasigurno nece potrajati i izgledace vrlo brzo kao klupe i stolice u bastenskom delu.Zelim im svaku srecu u buducem radu.

Reviewed By Nezadovoljni_korisni- suvise mala soba, ne mozes da se okrenes - nestajalo je vode na 24h - nema klima uredjaja, skuvali smo se - u tus kabini voda ne otice i posle zalbi, ne reaguju - krevet jako neudoban - ne izbacuju smece - ne menjaju peskire ni postoljinu za 7 dana - ne ciste sobu za 7 dana - TV nije radio 48h - zvucna izolacija ocajna, plus pored puta - jedina dobra strana je kaloricna hrana, za rudare Sta reci, samo ako te kazne i ako moras da dodjes, ti izaberi.

Very sneaky property owner...
Reviewed By Nenad1966Two days before going to Sokobanja, we booked a 2-bad room at this property over Booking.com. Immediately, we received an email with all instructions regarding pre-payment in order to secure the reservation. As it stated we have 7 days to pay, and our trip was supposed take place in only 2 days, we contacted the owner Snezana Milivojevic to see if we should proceed with pre-payment. She told us that she will let us know by the end of the day, and if she does not call us, everything is fine and we can come and will have a room. As she did not call, we took our trip, thinking that everything is fine, only to find out, once we already were in Sokobanja, that she cannot give us the room as some other people have booked it, I assume for a longer period of time. So, I guess, our Booking.com reservation was not good enough with this establishment. She told us she will try to help us and will let us know by phone or SMS, but not call was made back and no SMS was received. Very unprofessional, very disrespectful towards us - guests, as well as Booking.com services. So, be careful with this establishment and especially the owner as she turned out to be very sneaky, rood, lying and overall insolent.
