Great and relaxing stay
Reviewed By Kathrin SWe spent 5 days here and it was our 2nd stay. Despite the hotel was fully booked, the Spa area was quite and not too many people were in the sauna. We enjoyed walking at the beach, followed by sauna or massage. Breakfast is very good. Due to new years eve the booking was only possible incl. dinner. The dinner was quite good, although we would have preferred to go out for dinner somewhere else from time to time.

2 nights with the family in the Ahlbeckerhof Residence
Reviewed By didyouflytodayWe had a family room for 4 adults with a bedroom and a living room, beside an open kitchen with a table and 4 chairs. We were located not in the main building at the beachfront. We were informed about this issue already during the booking process. The room location was in the Ahlbeckerhof Residence connected to the main building with and underground tunnel of a length of maybe 50 to 60 meters. Breakfast and dinner service was excellent in the main building. The service personal did not wear the COVID-mask correctly. The nose was in 4 of 5 cases not covered. Parking in the garage of the Ahlbeckerhof Residence possible. The rooms looked quiet demoded and need some moderate brush up in the next years. The electrical and water control appliances were lose or partly broken. Beside the bed in the master bedroom on both sides 1 of 2 halogen lamps were not operational. Also towels were only for two persons available. After contacting the front desk the towels missing towels were stocked but the lamps were not exchanged. On the next day also the lamp issue was solved. The WiFi in the Residence part was rather poor.

Reviewed By steffel-gDie Lage ist top und es gibt Parkplätze hinter dem Haus. Unser Apartment war riesig und schick eingerichtet. Das Bad mit XXL Dusche. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und lecker, von der Menge her nicht zu schaffen. Das Personal war freundlich und lustig. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und fanden das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis top. Hoffentlich ist bei unserem nächsten Besuch auf Usedom dort wieder ein Zimmer frei!

Reviewed By iris45Our stay at the Usedom Island took place in the four star Hotel Ringhotel Ostseehotel Ahlbeck where we stayed for two nights. The chamber maids are very friendly there, but besides we can only wonder how this place got four stars. Our room (with seaview, that is the most expensive category) was very small and the furnishment old. In spite of a filled Minibar we opened an empty refrigerator wirh a sign "is at your disposal". I wonder if the elderly people who stay a lot at this place are willing to go to the Supermarket, buy their drinks and carry them to the Hotel. The "Kurkarte" (indispensable in order to go to the Beach) was only delivered to us ON DEMAND, I have never experienced that before in a place a the sea! For breakfast there were no fresh rolls. And for dinner there was no à la carte, only buffet. The seats in the restaurant are partially in a dirty condition, and the rooms would need a fresh painting. We recommend to choose a five star Hotel if you go to Usedom.

Cosy and comfortable place for holidays
Reviewed By Monika NWe had a nice room with additional kitchen appliances (plates, kettle, microwave, wine glasses). We spent a wonderful week there. The place is very clean, new and good looking. Staff is friendly and helpful. And the owner takes care of all his visitors. The building is close to the beach, yet in a quiet area. We had a great rest there and are hoping to come back there one day.

Beatiful room in a fantastic house
Reviewed By Patric JWe stayed four nights in an excellent Junior suit. Very nice staff and tasteful breakfast. The hotel is based very near the impressive sandbeach. One problem with this location may be that this is very "German". It seems that the city are most interested in guests from their own country.

The main reason to book your holiday in this hotel ist the location directly near the promenade and very close to the beach.The main building was projected in country-house-style mit change-gears, columnars and dormers. Here you can take a time-out from daily business and enjoy the comfort in one from our 42 rooms and appartements.

Reviewed By Martin WOur family stay in Hotel Waldoase can be considered as very pleasant and relaxing. The family bungalows are simple but perfectly fine for some days with children. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly, as well as helpful at any time. Altough some renovation was ongoing at the main hotel building, business was not disturbed at all. The location at the east-end of the Seebad Ahlbeck, in a forest, but only 2 minutes walk to the wonderful beach is simply unbeatable. In case one does not wish to eat in a restaurant outside, the offered food in the hotel is fine, although nothing outstanding, as well as the breakfast. All in all a great place for some relaxing family days.
