Best hotel around
Reviewed By 2jm2014Hotel was great, large room, balcony with private bathroom including essential (shampoo etc). Staff are extremely friendly, very courteous and go out of their way to help. Breakfast was amazing, plenty of healthy choices and a relaxed atmosphere. Wifi works well and you can walk to town. Free parking too. I'd definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Great option in town
Reviewed By enricoallieviIt is a safe, well run, modern styled hotel with a lovely garden where in good season you can enjoy dinner under the stars. Room are adequately equipped , bed comfortable, rain shower (its position is somehow strange but architects do have a lot of fanatsy when it is not for their residences) . Staff friendly both at reception that at breakfast room, breakfast selection is huge and made a la carte , in our case this was not included in room rate, still well worth. We had a good stay, a lovely experience and definitely worth to considered for next time.

Good and bad
Reviewed By Timefamily123We stayed here for one night...I think is enough to make a review. Rooms are big and clean staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast good we tried three dishes. One thing wasn’t very properly done due to COVID-19 two people are doing everything reception and serving breakfast. I didn’t like this one because they were smoking outside not one cigarette or two I think in 30 min around 6-7 cigarettes and they were chatting about their colleagues.

Unique hotel with a soul
Reviewed By puprasI have spent just one night in the hotel in the journey between Bucharest and Poland. The hotel is amazing - the interior carefully curated and well designed. The atmosphere is unique. Well restored antique furniture enhances the halls and all rooms! There is a secret garden next to the hotel where you can have also a breakfast - an oasis of blooming nature and flowers - feeing cool and absolutely great in hot summer, like totally separated from the city noice and beton. The owners are very generous, kind, open hearted and eager to share their passion for art. We had lovely time in this unique and hidden place - great architecture, interior style. And amazing garden is in fact best place to have an elegant wedding.

Very nice hotel
Reviewed By OurJustDessertsWe stayed at the Dome Hotel two nights in January 2020. It appears to be a new hotel in a nice area of town. It was easy to walk to local sites and restaurants. The design is modern with an Italian feel. We reserved a "Deluxe Double or Twin Room" and I think they gave us a free upgrade to an executive double. We found it to be very spacious. In addition to the main room and the bathroom, there was a closet/dressing room that provided a good way to keep the suitcases out of the way. The room came with fluffy robes and slippers. The bathroom walls were all glass, which was a bit strange. However, there were blinds built into the wall, so people couldn't see into the bathroom. Otherwise, the bathroom was beautiful with lots of hot water. The drain did clog on our second day, causing the shower to flood into the rest of the bathroom. But I easily lifted the drain cover and cleared the clog myself. The hotel had free on-site parking. Free breakfast came with our room, in the Dome Restaurant across the parking lot from the hotel. It was delicious, with food for both European and American tastes. The staff were very kind and helpful. My husband asked for an iron, and the front desk clerk said she would iron his shirt free of charge. Staff in the hotel and restaurant spoke English. Things to improve: -The temperature in the room was set very warm, and it took us a while to figure out how to lower it. Once we knew how it was fine. The heating system was quiet. -The bed had strange pillows. They looked very full and fluffy, but when you put your head on them they deflated into flat sacks. I ended up using the small decorative pillow for sleeping. - The bed had beautiful fluffy comforters, but they were much too warm. The second night I used my cotton robe as a blanket. I suggest providing a thin blanket in the closet. To be fair, we stayed at two other area hotels on this trip, and they also had flat pillows and comforters that were too warm, so maybe that's a local thing. Overall, a very nice hotel. We were pleased with our choice.

Very friendly host, they have made also our reservation for going out dinner in a very nice place. The continental home made breakfast and coffe in the morning. Bref, great value for the money.

Reviewed By 132dinalWe stayed in this hotel twice this summer, first, just was conveniently located close on our route, de second time we called the hotel as we were very happy with our stay at the end of August. It was an excellent experience, from very modern super clean rooms with proper coffee facilities, great and tasty selection for breakfast, nice garden area where you could have the breakfast, your coffee or read a book, good service. Would definitely get back if we'll pass again through the area. I recommend!

Ok as a transfer hotel
Reviewed By 60FKI only stayed here once. The room was big and clean but the walls where thin, rendering the neighbors voices loud and clear. I’m not that fussy about noises but one thing really bothered me. It rained all night and the building is constructed in a weird way so that I got to hear a prominent drumming (like a metronome!) sound from rain drops hitting the steal thing on the outside of the window all night long. It wasn’t one of those soothing/cozy sounds. Staff was really friendly!
