Reviewed By Michiel vSpend a night in an apartment aside from the main Gutshof. It was very spacious with good beds. Brekky was in the Gutshof and was excellent. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Safe choice to spend the night there.

Nice hotel but not if you have children and dogs!
Reviewed By Eva ÅThe hotel in itself was nice, modern rooms, beautiful breakfast restaurant and a little garden. But it stops there. I had a terrible experience. Although I personally called the hotel twice making sure that they accepted dogs and had a family room for me and my two children and the dogs, upon arrival, after driving 1000 km, I found out that we had two small rooms and my oldest son had to sleep by himself. I called the hotel again (the reception closed at 20.00) and she told me that they would give me a little discount. I also told her that we were leaving early and she said that the breakfast started at 7.00 the following day. I got up at 6.15 (after almost no sleep due to the extreme heat in the room) prepared my bags and took the dogs for a walk. To my surprise when I come back there is a dog at the entrance without a lease belonging to the hotel. The dogs started to bark and I could not get into the entrance again. The lady preparing the breakfast comes out screaming at me in German telling me that I was not allowed to be there and that I should go away and then she just left. I had to search for her by entering the restaurant and beg her to take her dog so that I could get into the hotel since I was a guest. She screams again telling me to get the dogs out of there and goes to remove her dog. I try to wake my son in the separate room but he cannot hear me. After 20 minutes of trying to wake him up by knocking on the door and calling his room number, I go to the reception that is of course closed...The lady gives me a key after telling me that I should not disturb the other guests and that she had work to do. Finally we all get ready for breakfast, only to find out that we were not allowed to keep the dogs in the garden or inside the hotel complex and that breakfast and reception opens at 8.00!!! We had to sit in our rooms for 40 minutes and then eat outside with a light rain and 16 degrees. When I go to the reception it is the same woman!!! She charges me full price for the rooms, the dogs and breakfasts. The hotel should be ashamed of how they treat their guests! My advice, never use this hotel if you are a family or have dogs! She made my morning hell and I was 2 horse late. There are plenty of nice and friendly hotels in Germany, but apparently not this one!

Reviewed By melle_beckerEs handelt sich um ein familiäres, gutbürgerliches Hotel in guter Lage zur Messe und zum Expo Plaza. Alle Mitarbeiter sind mir als besonders freundlich und zuvorkommend aufgefallen. Im Eingangsbereich gibt es einen Snack- und einen Kaffeeautomaten und gratis Äpfel für die Gäste. Mein Zimmer und das Bad waren sauber und ordentlich, jedoch etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Das Fenster lässt sich nur mit einem dünnen Vorhang "verdunkeln", was für mich persönlich recht wenig schlaffördernd ist. Einige Steckdosen haben in meinem Zimmer nicht funktioniert, was aber nicht schlimm war, da das Zimmer viele Steckdosen hat.

Ok place for short stay
Reviewed By kairir2017Small hotel outside of Hannover. We had a spacious double room in Haus 2 up on a second floor. Rom was clean. Bathroom was also spacious and clean - though looles like bad quality builders/repairers hae fixed the room. Bathtub was nice and clean. We asked for a double bed but got two single beds pushed together. They were rather soft and worn (body shape hollow). Room walls rather thin - u can hear people from other rooms and hallway. Breakfast was good - with wide variety. Hotel has tiny parking lot in the yard and also few places across the street. All in all OK for short stay and good for its price.

Reviewed By ameliewesthoffDieses Hotel liegt sehr entlegen in einem dunklen Gewerbegebiet und ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden. Die Zimmerausstattung ist einfach und wenig gemütlich. Die Hygiene im Badbereich ließ bei meinem Besuch zu wünschen übrig. Auf dem WC Rand war ein brauner Fleck und eine Spinne unter dem WC Deckel. Die Dusche leider wie in vielen Hotels dieser Art an den Ecken mit Schimmel versehen, und auch die Fugen waren teilweise mit Schimmel besetzt. Einige kleinere Dinge wären zu erwähnen wie verschmutzte Heizkörperventile und unsaubere Silikonfugen. Leider war dieses Zimmer auch sehr hellhörig, da man fast jedes Geräusch aus dem Nachbarzimmer hören konnte. Die Abwassergeräusche aus dem Zimmer über mir waren so stark als wenn sie direkt an meinem Bett vorbeiführen würden. Dies ist unangenehm und auch eklig. Für Personen die keinen festen Schlaf haben geht das gar nicht.

Chambres mal nettoyées, accueil très froid
Reviewed By OlivierU15Petit hôtel en face de la gare. Pas de savon dans la salle de bain, juste une dosette en sachet de shampoing. Jamais renouvelé en 4 jours, ménage jamais fait en 4 jours, prestation très bas de gamme. Draps troués, comment peut on oser faire un lit d une chambre d hotel avec une housse avec une dizaine de trous.

Reviewed By Sumit_SinghhFar from the centre but near the Hannover fairground aka Hannover Messegelande..it was quite cold in January & most of restaurants were closed, only respite was a small kitchenette in the room. The Room was pretty nice & clean. One more thing you will get your keys from the safe outside the hotel entrance with a secret code you get while booking so don't expect a reception area & someone guiding you thru.
