Com uma linda e relaxante banheira de hidromassagem á sua disposição. Um lindo jardim para usufruir com área de descanso toda iluminada para a noite e também área para fogueira e para aquele ótimo chimarrão!!

Reviewed By fabio1164Local lindíssimo, em comemoração ao nosso 30º aniversário de casamento, passamos um final de semana na pousada. A atenção dada à gente pela Diana não poderia ter sido maior, fez de tudo para proporcionar momentos mágicos em nossa estada. Não havia áreas comuns, o café era servido no quarto, em quantidade mais do que suficiente, todos os produtos deliciosos, então não havia contato com outros hóspedes e, com o pessoal da pousada, o indispensável, cercando-se de todos os cuidados. Recomendo.

Reviewed By Poly_RafaThe hotel is located in a beautiful area, you can stay there just looking the araucarias trees, so peaceful. They have a nice playground and a small toy's room for the kids. You can also ask for a horse or pony riding (there is an extra fee for that, R$17 for 30 minutes), my kid loved that, lovely animals! The front desk is lovely, always helpful and concerned about out staying. The breakfast is "from the gods", hahahahahha! A loooot of options of breads, cakes,... The houses have a small living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and private parking. Houses on the right are closer to the road. The road is not so close and the city is quiet, but you can hear sone traffic. Great hot shower, comfortable bed, and an efficient heat system (but noisy...). I think they should improve in some ways: there is no cable TV and wifi signal is poor. They also should make the living room more comfortable (there is an uncomfortable sofa and a small TV, together with a single bed, table, and two chairs - too much for such a small room). They used to have a restaurant in the hotel, but nowadays it is closed, they just rent the space for events.

Reviewed By 261sbtIn Porto Alegre since 2011, we discovered Pousada do Engenho early on [2013] and continuously come back to this wonderful place. We celebrated the last 3 Reveillons there and will continue so, as are some other returning guests. Perfect private party, festive and happy. A vast family owned estate beautifully designed combines nature, comfort, peace and tranquility with discrete sophistication. Hands on supervision delivers high quality services with warmth and special attention. Impeccable. A diamond in the rough, the resort in alpine setting is perfect for the four seasons, each with its special beauty. The 15 cabins [huts per Pousada’s excellent site] are scattered so that each has its own privacy and unique location within the compound. Maximum comfort is provided inside and out and makes you want to live in such a cabin all year round. Location wise it is located near the canyons and other great natural sites, and the cities of Canela and Gramado (beautiful road). It is a resort you could use as a resting point for outside excursions (as we did on our first stay), a weekend escapade or just stay in for days and enjoy the facilities. As we have done on several occasions. Great food and service: a delicious and rich breakfast [included in the rate]. There are excellent options for lunch and dinner. A good variety, all delicious and available at the restaurant Casa de Babette or your cabin. The whole place is heavenly and makes you feel marvelous.
