Such a lovely place to stay
Reviewed By psha1948We arrived earlier than expected and asked if we could leave our luggage and without hesitation they took it from us and we found it in our room when we checked in. Reception and staff were so very welcoming and escorted us to our room which had a little outside space with a table and 2 chairs and a drier for clothes or swimsuits. The room was spotlessly clean and large. The bathroom was also lovely with a strong shower head. Breakfast was very varied and the cakes were different each day. Supplies were topped up immediately so there was never an empty plate. It was nice to have the choice of taking breakfast indoors or outdoors. Parking in front of ones room was also a great thing, luggage from the boot straight to your room. Security with a coded gate gave one reassurance too. The pool was clean and had easy access from all rooms. We will definitely be going back as it was such a lovely stay - so much to do all within easy reach of the hotel. Riding can be booked through the hotel (highly recommended) bikes for hire endless restaurants and lovely walks near the beach. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful Beatrice.

Arrogant and overpriced in good location
Reviewed By 261annemarielThe biggest plus point is the location on the edge of a beautiful beach. Beware though: very few rooms in the hotel have genuine sea views! The building closest to the beach is the one with appartments, not the hote, and the management's idea of what constitutes a quiet room with a seaview is downright misleading. In our case, the expensive room had a better view of the road intersection than of the sea (including the noise and light from the road)..... The rooms are very basic and the hotel somewhat run down. The spa facilities are ok but not great with a smallish and often overcrowded pool. In summer the terrace of the restaurant has fabulous seaviews. The food is ok but massively overpriced. The breakfast is excellent : a lot of choice and fresh produce. There is no service effort whatsoever from the managment or the reception staff. In a half-emptyhotel, nothing could be done to help us find a quieter room, we tried to rent bikes and where other spasi in similar bike-friendly locations either have their own or help find a rental firm, these guys couldn't care less.

As the owner also breeds and keeps Camargue horses, guided excursions on horseback can also be booked. A delicious breakfast with local produce is available. Restaurants and the beach are found in nearby Saintes Maries de la Mer, some 10 min. drive away from the property. Very friendly staff and clean rooms!

Reviewed By SCSW2Room and bathroom clean but not much space to move around. Nice pool and secure parking at night. Easy walk into town. The complex is well laid out and set back from quite a busy road and some noise could be heard at night.

Neat location but very poor value for money
Reviewed By dmoett248165Location is nicely located. Accommodation is good but a bit run down. However, we think that everything is considerably overpriced for what you get. In our case we had an issue with the bill at the check out which was handled very unprofessionally and we had to dispute about ~3% of the total amount of the bill for more than 30 minutes until they reluctantly corrected the amount.

You can also join the promenade à cheval Maelle à la palunette and enjoy the beautiful Camargue. In front of your room a piece of heaven awaits with unparalleled views of the land where you can spot wild white horses and birds of all sorts. And a sunset perfect to make a wish ...

Fantastic landly hotel with high standards
Reviewed By rune377We stayed for the second time and booked a family room. Perfect swimming-pool and the hotel is build in the Camergue style. Almost as a ranch with pool and a little water by the side. The break fast was very good ( but expensive). We visited the place because its right in middle of the national park and just bedsides some horse riding possibilities. The Hotel booked a horse trip for us.
