Perfect stopover for our family
Reviewed By JenniferC8295Rooms are very clean and comfortable. We had a connecting room for our daughter. We enjoyed a nice dinner in the restaurant. Everyone was friendly. Great parking and good location near shops. It was a perfect place for us to stop for a night after taking the ferry on route to Berlin.

The apartment we had was very comfortable, clean and for those who are fussy about sleeping, a range of pillows are available with a pillow menu. One can also enjoy unobstructed sea-views, from the balcony, the comfort of your room, or while enjoying an excellent breakfast. The staff is very well trained, and professional, they also took care of our little one. The room was also equipped with small things for children that make the little ones feel happy and welcome. For those who want to chill out, a large indoor pool, gym and sauna are available. I will definitely be visiting this hotel again.

Ikea style Hotel, not worth the money
Reviewed By alexbQ1693SIHotel rooms are equipped with basics, but no essentials to relax or take a break from a busy life! No fridge/bar, no chairs, just a wooden kitchen chair and a small ottoman. No coffeemaker etc., no balcony furniture. Curtains to small and didn’t cover the windows. Only good, the bath area with the walk-in shower, although the warm water didn’t work properly at 8am morning’s. Very noisy and sometimes loud, walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors talking. Staff is mostly not professional, not friendly, slow and overwhelmed with most basic task. Forget the Restaurant/ Café, 5 staff members standing around and no service. If you bring yourself to their attention, you receive rolling eyes. Overall, a waste of money, we will never return to any of the “Aja” group hotels. What should have been a nice little vacation has been ruined by the hotel and the experience we had. Shame on you for your failing hospitality!

Reviewed By Philippe RNice Room, good location at the train station. The city ticket, common to most Intercity Hotels allow you to go to the old city center and/or to Warnemünde for free, which is great. I will stay there again when in Rostock.

Calm and isolated
Reviewed By massimomaniloWe booked this hotel via Hotel.com,because we read that the hotel allowed pets. But the information on Hotel.com was misleading because they didn’t inform us that the pets were allowed only in the big apartments. By the moment of the check-in we paid €12 euros per day for our small dog. The apartment was clean but with sloped walls where we constantly bumped into it with our heads which is unavoidable in the small kitchen area. The staff isn’t very friendly and cooperating, and don’t expect them to understand english. I forgot my ring in the safe and when I called and mailed to inform them that I lost it they jumped to the conclusion that it’s my fault and that I lost it somewhere else instead of trying to help and double check the room. The hotel is isolated from the city and there aren’t any activities or restaurants nearby. It might be okay in the summertime since it’s near the beach but it’s very depressing during the winter period, especially during festivities. I wouldn’t recommend this aparthotel to young people or middle aged people. I would recommend the aparthotel for the elderly who wish to have a silent and calm vacation.

Basic and chaotic
Reviewed By Jesper CWhen we arrived the bookingsystem was down, so we sat in the lobby to wait - for about half an hour. Nobodyb offered a cup of coffee or a beer from the café close to, so we stored our luggage and went downtown - which is just 10 min walk from the motel. Later when we arrived they gave us the choice - 4th floor with view over the city or inner yard 1st floor. We decided for the view - don't do that- because the street is very noisy and people passing by all through the night. The room is very basic - small - with a very good bed- but no coffee/tea facilities, which I think are basic in a hotelroom. We were asked to pick a time for breakfast - but next morning it seems that all the hotel guest were there at the same time and nobody checked our room number. We were lucky to find a small table and some uncomfortable chairs. The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices - no surprises , but good quality. The parking is 14 euros in the garage.

One night of rest before driving to Berlin
Reviewed By rsoaniaI stayed here on my second night in Rostock, on back to back round trips from Berlin. It is situated in what looks like a kinesiology clinic. THere were some very nice conference spaces in the hotel building, with a rooftop room that gives a great view of the area. Parking is ample, and the room is well equipped with bottled water and sufficient power outlets. I did not see much nearby, but the onsite restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast the following morning. I highly recommend this property for folks staying in the area.
