Reviewed By dockmukeshThis place located away from traffic and in calm location. near to cosco and other major grocery shops. Near to the hotel there is BJ's, olive garden at walkable distance. Big plus is that this place offers free parking which is big plus. Also there twin beds are good for 2 people to sleep comfortably. Draw backs: Shower head is old and needs change/ replacement and they should have hand shower in bath area for kids to use.

Good Hotel with a touch of Chinese Style
Reviewed By KingJaegerSituated right off the highway and close to Pomona and the heart of LA. Hotel is quiet and parking was safe with a night guard on duty. Breakfast has something for everyone. Bathroom sink has a traditional Asian touch with water faucet on the left side. Bathroom seems to be little cramped. Guest room TV has great channel selection and AC works with no hiccups.

AMAZING SUITE
Reviewed By samanthao520The suite was very roomy and amazing! Had a free upgrade for being part of the frequent guest program. The room was very clean and the location was quiet. The pool was amazing and had long hours. The staff was very polite and professional. It was a great location since it was close to the highway entrance. Only compliant is that the hotel added parking to the bill but we did not have a car. They were quick to fix the problem since it was discussed though. Overall, a great hotel that I would return to.

On two different occasions I've stayed at this Motel 6 location, the facility is typically Motel 6, i.e. older building with some newer modifications, some appear good and some not so good, for instance I've provided a photo of the shower below. Off the beaten path for a moment, some of our younger people have a lot to learn, i.e. the lack the manners and don't know how to respect there elders, very rare to hear yes sir and no sir now days. Needless to say I'm from that older generation and fully expect respect when utilizing a business or service. Okay now I've said my piece, I may utilize this facility again, but if there's another choice probably not, something just didn't sit right with me and I can't put my finger on it.

Reviewed By smbeautyBreei stayed in the quality inn in rosemead during my stay the front desk issued a room key to my room and then unlocked door with master key while i was inside. this person was never asked for identification. i stay with my 2 year old daughter. we could of been killed robbed etc etc..... when i called corporate to make a complaint iwas then kicked out the hotel and asked not to return. i was paid up for a whole other week. this issue left my daughter and i on the streets with no money no place to stay for a week until my refund posted to my bank. i am a victim of domestic violence this could of seriously got my daughter and i killed. they put the whole fault on me. reading fact sheets they should of never issued a key without identification.

Quality of everything is really good, linen fresh and Actually clean, giant plasma tvs, nice remote controls, CABLE, personnel really nice. Rates very reasonable for the service. Outside Room with vending machines, microwave, etc.Most Definitely YES!!!!

Dated but cozy and spacious!
Reviewed By Sally TWhen we searching the internet for reasonably priced hotels in Pasadena, BEST INN popped up and since it had good reviews, we booked it for 2 nights on our recent stay over a weekend. we were surprised to learn that it was located in Rosemead and it was actually "Chinatown" with many Chinese restaurants to dine. The hotel had ample parking space and the room assigned to us was on the upper level. It was spacious and clean with good king sized bed. One of the table lamps on the bedside table was not working and I switched the bulb from the writing desk as we were not using that side of the room. The shade of the same table lamp had a small tear but not really visible unless one had an observant eye, and the shade on the lamp on the desk had some graffiti. The owner provided instant coffee and green tea sachets with an electric kettle in the room and coffee in the Reception area. This was a nice touch! There was a hairdryer and a fridge but no microwave. The towels (2 baths, a hand and 2 face) were in good condition and were adequate to us. Decent sized soaps and shampoo with conditioner were supplied. We had a good stay inspite of these tiny unplesantries.
