Reviewed By ean2020Puchong is a very rare location that I would choose for my staycation but I have been here long long time ago and would like to give it another try to see how they are doing after the pos-covid. Made a booking and were pleasantly surprised to received the upgrade to their biggest room (Suite) days before the arrival due to my Titanium Elite membership! To many of you may think this is just a Four Point but they have in fact exceeded my expectation because on the day of arrival, I was made aware that the hotel has been fully booked. The staff and the Front Office Manager (Ai Meng) were especially really taking care of me upon me checking in! In a very rare circumstances I am feeling home at this Four Point Puchong because I was being treated like a VIP! Must not forgotten all the friendly staff who worked day and night to serve the crowd from departure to arrival! The room is pretty huge with a separate living room and bedroom and breakfast was being offered complimentary on top of the welcome gift! Thank you to the team for the efforts and I look forward in coming back again in the near future!!!

If there could be an improvement the maybe a better Bar Restaurant with the views could help. Even food riders could reach here quickly.

This hotel really utilize and know how to use the small space but yet still can move around haha! I recommend to all people who is looking for budget hotel.

Reviewed By Maryna RBed was comfortable and big. Really nice. Room had a chair and a long desk mounted to the wall. Free hot and cold water dispenser outside the room at our floor. All rooms do not have tv as stated clearly by the hotel when booked online. Free wifi. Staffs were nice and friendly. Minus points, slight leakage water pipe sprat. room door has no view hole hence it could be scary to straight away open the door. But hotel is safe since the main entrance door to the lobby is electronically controlled by the receptionist. Good stopover hotel. Worth the money.

The worst 2 nights of my life
Reviewed By DenHaagTravellerEvery once in a while, you don’t pay a great deal for a hotel and end up with a real gem. This was not one of those occasions. I paid extra for a deluxe room with a window which turned out to be at the front of the hotel. What a big mistake that was. The hotel is no more than 20m from a major highway and the LRT line. It was so noisy all night long that sleep was impossible. On top of that, there was a beeping noise coming from somewhere within the hotel that wasn’t fixed until just before I left. I could not wait to get out of there. A thoroughly unpleasant experience. Never again!

Corporate, business and leisure travellers needs are all at MTREE, as our rooms are well equipped with free wifi connectivity, rooms smell fresh as always, clean and hygienic as all of our rooms are non smoking.

Didn't really want to spend a tonne without making full use of the amenities. Booking direct via the hotel's website gave me a better rate than using a third party. Just remember to take a screenshot of the booking number because for some strange reason I never got my confirmation via email. Hotel was pretty easy to find, and the entrance to the parking area can be a little tricky for large cars. Parking is complimentary for hotel guests, by the way. The check in was pretty busy, I think a lot of people were checking in because there was the unplanned water shortage in the Klang Valley that weekend. Kudos for the staff especially Raja who attended to me. Room was clean and comfortable. Wasn't huge but bed was oh so comfy and toilet was spotless. Loved the corridors. My room faced the busy highway, and occasionally you can hear the LRT passing by - we're both heavy sleepers so the noise did not bother us. Breakfast was included in the rate - and we were impressed by the quality. they didn't have much in terms of quantity but that was totally fine with us because the 'nasi goreng cina' was tasty and the ayam goreng berempah was seasoned well. It was well worth the rate we paid for our room. Only thing I would maybe pick on is the use of disposable cups and plastic stirrers for the hot beverages. Would totally recommend!

Good for family staycation

The cons: -the pool looks likes it does not been cleaned for a while, not clear as a pool should be. A lot of leaves debris in the pool -breakfast spread menu almost the same everyday, no changes . As i stay for 2 nights, both days , only 1-2 item change, other than that, all same food. -restaurant service to improve as can see lack of staff -bedsheet have small stain of blood The pros: -we got the room near to the pool, which is nice. No need to walk a lot as i have senior citizen in my famly -turnover room are excellent (even though i did not ask for it), they even wash my personal plates and spoons -check in staff friendly, as we come quite early for check in, she informed us that she will try to express the waiting time, which is good. By 2.30pm we’ve got the room -child pool is the best ??????

Reviewed By girly_girl1204For a quite old boutique hotel is an average. Toilet is clean and nice. Bedroom is just comfy i might say but the door's condition seemed old. Location of the hotel is quite hard to find. Concept of boutique only can be seen at the toilet. Others, NO.
