A nice trip to ORAN
Reviewed By Salem MI like the hotel, clean rooms, good restaurant Fast actions from staff. We reserved 4 nights, but at arrival we changed to 2 because swimming pool not yet opened due to cleaning after COVID closing. But in global we liked our stay, and we thank all the staff.

By far the best hotel in Algeria
Reviewed By Mirani84Being a frequent visitor to Algeria for business and having stayed in a number of so called "5 Star" properties, this is by far the only one that deserves this rating. Excellent stay and will definitely be a regular visitor to this hotel. Even the service doesn't compare to any of the other hotels. Great Stay - Would definitely recommend!

Reviewed By John CLocated in the heart of Oran, nice clean room. Their accomodating staff included a swell fellow (Ahmed) who kindly drove us around to visit Fort Santa Cruz, the crumbling site of the Ottoman Bey and other interesting locations. Breakfast and dinners were tasty. Room overlooked an elementary school; we woke to children singing some days, and the call to prayer on others.

I requested a late check-out 4:00 PM but the reception manager didn't accept despite the fact that we run an business event in it. The employees should be coached to handle clients. the security guys at the entrance were very professional and welcomed us as all the other 5* hotels do.

The first time I was here I reserved by internet, but the second time when I try to do it, it was too late (its impossible to reserve for the same day) so when I arrive and try to pay it was difficult, as this hotel doesn't accept any payment card (debit or credit) and also doesn't accept euros or dollars. And there is no cash withdraw machine nearby, so I need to go to the center to exchange some money to pay the hotel.

Reviewed By HamiltonTraveller18I arrived in Oran on a long distance bus that left me on the outskirts of town at 330 a.m. After a taxi to the first hotel I tried to go to was closed. I asked him to take me somewhere that he knew would be open. He took me here and i'm glad he did. The reception was open and they were able to find a single room for me at that late hour. The bed was comfortable and the room was both big and clean. I slept through breakfast so I can't comment on that, but I found that the reception staff was helpful and very patient with my mediocre attempts at French. As mentioned by another commenter it is on a busy street; however, I didn't find the noise to be a problem. The cost for me was 5500 Dinars for the evening. There was a late check out time of noon and the wifi was strong and useful.
