Worse night sleep ever
Reviewed By NorthStar66746258345Hotel is clean and staff are friendly but the thing that really matters is a good night sleep and a shower the next day which is an huge fail. The bedding is cheap and extremities uncomfortable and the shower temperature will change itself from boiling hot to freezing cold every 10 seconds or so.

Reviewed By Barbara SA stylish place with a unique climate. The only drawback are the weddings organized in a nearby restaurant - the beats of music were audible in our room. Good food, nice Ladies at the reception, tasty breakfast.

Reviewed By chiggaoZdecydowanie polecam to miejsce. Pokoje są świeże, dość dobrze urządzone - generalnie czuć ze to miejsce było niedawno wyremontowane. Wspaniały wybór na weekendowy nocleg, w dobrej lokalizacji. Parking i sklepy spożywcze są bardzo blisko.

Dream wedding venue plus great rooms
Reviewed By Klaudia SWe got married here on the 5th of October this year. From the beginning the organisation from management was perfect. Particularly Miss Katarzyna Gawron who was very patient and extremely helpful. The food on the day was of a very high standard, and was enjoyed by all guests. Including many English that never had these dishes before as well as Polish who know how they should be. The staff worked very hard. Many guests commented on how good the venue was and how well the staff managed everything. Thank you! The rooms were all great. They were spacious and contained all the amenities that were needed. They were all clean and well maintained. We would like to thank once again everyone that made this day very special to us! Klaudia and Andrew

Reviewed By Relax230432The hotel is lovely. Food good and rooms clean. However during breakfast the man who owns the place went on a rant why foreigners don't speak Polish. We were only there for a wedding and use the little bit of Polish we have when we can. Very rude and ungrateful in my opinion. James Lalor. Ireland.

I had the pleasure to spend a night in the apartment with jacuzzi, but I also stayed there in the regular rooms twice some years ago. Still can't believe it's so cheap. The location is perfect, right in the center of the city. The staff is nice and helpful. Good internet connectivity in the rooms. I have never tried the breakfast there, because of the 'Ratuszowa' restaurant being just 2 minutes away, so I'm not sure if it's worth the money. Other than that I recommend this hotel.

Strange hotel
Reviewed By endrju_74Harmonica is located quite close to Nowy Sącz town center, and one of the streets that limit the complex leads straight downtown. The hotel is located in two buildings, with main entrance from Sienkiewicza street. Very limited number of car park spaces, with allocated slots, so be very careful not to park in a space reserved for another room. There's public car park on the street, but that seemed to be quite full. Can't remember which room we had, but it was on first floor and looked more like a small flat, rather than just a room. Bedrooms are located in big building with the entrance in the courtyard, with staircase looking old and dump, but the rooms were refurbished, and clean. Breakfast was served in the building at the front of property. Very small breakfast room requires strict schedule for groups coming in, as next group is allowed in only if the previous group finished, so the reservations for exact time are taken a day before. We only stayed one night here, but would recommend this place, and we probably will use it again.

Reviewed By heineken80wlckLokal w pobliżu dworca PKP. Do centrum Sącza spacerkiem w kilka minut. Okolica w pobliżu budynku rewelacyjnie cicha i spokojna. Pokoje czyste, zadbane. Serwis sprzątająca codziennie dba o porządek. Na terenie pensjonatu zadaszony grill, idealny na leniwy wieczór, dla osób chcących się zrelaksować w ciszy. Miejsce idealne dla par, pojedynczych osób, jak i grup kilku osobowych. Kontakt z obsługą wręcz idealny. Na 100% jak będę jechał w tą okolice, wrócę do tego miejsca.

Wchodzenie do pokoi przez właścicieli, to norma. Nie wiem za czym i po co ..(?).. Nie rozumieją czym jest prywatność, bo brak im kultury i dobrego wychowania ! Odradzam tego ponurego miejsca !
