The resort is beautiful with so many activities available to fill your days. Our butler, Ashraf, was incredibly helpful with everything from getting us settled in to making our departure painless. Ashraf had also gone above and beyond to make sure to find us a beach villa that was perfect for our honeymoon. The food options are plentiful and the meals are delicious. All of the staff are also amazing, so welcoming and great to chat with. Madu at the Reflection's bar is such a lovely person and had actually made our entire trip with his attentiveness and friendly hospitality. Snoop (the entertainment manager) hosted several fun events which really engaged the audience/guests and were so much fun in the evenings. An additional thanks to Fathih, Jocel, and Silva for the fantastic service and hospitality.

Especially, There are lovely staffs who took care of me and my hubby while staying. It was sooo glad to meet you guys Donia, Joy, Niyaze. They always welcomed us whenever, wherever I was and helped what I need with joy and kindness. They made my honeymoon unforgettable. I was so satisfied at choosing and staying at Movenpick Maldives. Wonderful 11 days, nothing too much trouble, warm and inviting staff, plenty of food choice, fairly decent entertainment (even by the multi talented staff), beach and activities good. Big shout out to the bar staff - never an empty glass if they could help it - especially Ali who was a great guest relations person as well as a bar staff member, the back room staff who ensured that they were part of the getting to meet the guests and being part of the entertainment, shout out to Tender who checked us in ( who I also saw operating the reception desk, dancer and then as a chef/server in the restaurant!) the room cleaners who kept the rooms spotless and the chefs who ensured there was restaurant quality food which was varied and presented wonderfully, even for me as a picky eater who found choice available every day ( Covid service), and the tireless ground staff who have a thankless job ensuring the flora was kept under control and the sand pathways kept clear (barefoot resort for the most part). The scenery is stunning and the beaches and sea crystal clear. Take a minimum of factor 50 (and probably factor 70 for the first few days) as the sun is intense (I normally take a factor 30 for the first few days then down to a 15. I learnt my lesson! All in all, definitely a resort I would return to as it is a top of my list destination

Reviewed By CharlesSinghI would definitely encourage anyone visiting Maldives to visit Siyam world. We were on the WOW package. Food , drinks and service was outstanding. Impressive selection of alcoholic brands available including Johnny Walker Black Label, Drambuie, Champagnes etc. We visited a different restaurant every night with a superb fine dining experience. I honestly couldn't fault my holiday even if I tried. 10/10.

NOT the real Soneva experience
Reviewed By ryanmS8860YLSoneva Jani was my wife and my number one resort in the world to visit based on the recommendations from the Luxury Travel Expert and it sadly missed a very high bar that had been set. While there are elements (and people) that truly seem to care about guest experience i.e. many servers, the sommelier and others, this resort feels like its missing its soul. I was convinced after watching and travelling to so many of the Luxury Travel Experts recommended hotels that this would be THE place, it saldly wasn't. When the weather got bad, the staff turned sad. The regular experience was similar to a 4.5 star rating, except the gym, which had no towels on one day. Additionally, my foot fell through one of the soggy old chapter 1 boards which almost resulted in a vacation ending injury. Eddie Teh, the former Soneva Fushi GM is taking over and will eventually make things right.

The white sand, turquoise blue water and peaceful stay with cool breeze. That's what we experienced.. We opted our stay in beach villa with private pool for 2 days and 1 day in sunset water villa with private pool.. The stay was luxurious.. Villas were quite spacious and clean.. The hospitality from the staff were commendable.. Special mention to Mode, Sekhar, Basil, Nikhil, Amanda, Sujata, Vinu, Jose and Mahesh... The chef had personally come up to us to know our preferences. Continental food were superb.. They took special care of my daughter's likes and served food accordingly.. Snorkelling and kayaking were great.. Thanks to Ali who guided and motivated us to do these activities despite my fear of jumping into water.. Overall a great experience.. Would love to be back in Noku Maldives.. Thank you so much ?

I was almost alone on the island, with some guests at the end but always feeling the peace and really experiencing what beeing on the real Maldives meant. Socializing every day and being never alone, even if you were relaxing. Here you can enjoy hollidays, but also experience the real side of Maldives and stay in peace. We were always doing nice activities, such as snorkelling, night snorkelling, huntfishing, excursions to sandbank, alone islands and reefs. Amazing all of them. Also you can choose to have some relax days and you will see nobody for hours. Or go to another resort. An incredible staff is established here to help you. That is also one of the best things: you are enjoying here but also seeing and helping some local people. Milo and Daria also areyoung entrepreneurs, building their own bussiness with the best intention. They always help you with everything you need. Always caring for you and available for you. The location and the hotel can't be better. Quality-price is amazing, quiet place and good reef. The thing here is to enjoy, make really good friends and also hospitality, almost the most important one. I will come back for sure. Milo, Dasha, Latheef, Abdullah, Lot, Ali, ebrahim...and so many others.. I will really miss you. ❤love you, Marta

I ate good fish at the restaurant and I drunk good coffee. The people on the island are soo good. They are very nice and friendly.There is only one restaurant and one shop on the island. The island is magic. I will spend my next holidays in Fodhdhoo. I felt at home, because the team is so close-knit very nice and comfortable.
