Are you into an intimate and romantic weekend break, golfing holiday or a memorable wedding then Skrøbelev Gods (Manor House) will provide the perfect setting for you in order to get an amazing experience in relaxing and stylish surroundings.The beautiful surroundings of Langeland and in the archipelago is also very attracting for guests who want to walk on the beautiful trailsor cycle around the island and take time to admire the many sights that exist on the island.Golf, water sports and fishing are also some of the favored activities on the island.Skrøbelev Manor was built in 1669 and has been renovated to a very high standard - whether it concerns a business course, holiday or celebration.All rooms are delicate furnished in period style with stucco ceilings and chandeliers. Moreover, the rooms contains large en-suite bathrooms and most with a Jacuzzi.The Manor House has also one of the most evocative wine cellars with adjacent wine tasting room and a rustic lounge with the impressive open fireplace where fine wines can be enjoyed.The Knights Hall can accommodate up to 250 guests - and hunting lounge has space for approx. 30 guests, so Skrøbelev Manor offer you an unforgettable party - whether it is a large or a small and more intimate celebration.

They explained that the building is protected against significant changes so that is why rooms are small. They also choose no TV set in rooms what was fine or even an advantage. Cleanness seemed to be fine. Unfortunately, after taking few steps with bare feet after shower that was clear that it was only an impression. Evening food was tasty and definitely nothing to complain. They charge house wine 325 dkk what was fair since street price is 95 dkk. The buildings are under renovation. New 5 rooms should be ready soon. Today they have 19 rooms. The owners possess also a castle in France. Being in their property in Denmark you can get 20% discount visiting French facilities. Lovely offer for VIP guests, they say. Stopping boring you, inconsistent experience. Far too expensive in our humble opinion. I am not sure we return here anymore.

Reviewed By ruler83See past the building mess and you will find a jolly owner and very comfortable beds at a very reasonable price and a fantastic location. Two minutes walk from the harbour and two minutes walk to town center shopping. Plenty of parking at rear of hotel.

Great Camping Site right at the Waterfront
Reviewed By PepeChiringo SWe stayed at Emmerbolle for 2 Nights in August , our camping slot was situated right next to the waterfront , only divided by a hedge . The facilities were great, as there was also a pool (large enough to swim some lanes)and a gym with new and uptodate training equipment. The camping ground is very large , but as it its nicely designed with a lot of hedges and symmetrical partitions , you wont recognize the sheer size of the camping site.

Shops, restaurants and bars is app 1 KM walk away. There are two nice balconies and the apartment is roomy with a spacious living/dining room and two fine sized bedrooms. Kitchen comes with alle equipment you could need (although the microwave oven didi not work). Fine service at the reception desk. Recommended.

Reviewed By 258brianfBought a deal, and went to the south of Langeland. The deal includes a Fish and shell fish buffet, room at the Harbour with great view to the sunset. Great opportunity to walk along the ocean. The room is absolutely clean, and have just the basics. The bed is above average. From start to end , the service was excellent. The buffet offers a great variety and is fresh. A bottle of wine were included and fine! Breakfast buffet had all the basic choices, and with great quality. Atmosphere at this restaurant is great!

Lovely place for a short stay
Reviewed By chriscccYes it is small and there is a shared bathroom. One room did have private facilities but was too small for 3 people so we took the larger room with the toilet/shower outside. It worked fine, though. A minor inconvenience. The owners are lovely people and the area is very nice. I have no complaints. There are larger, nicer places to stay in the area but you will pay more. For the price, this was wonderful.
