The place is stunning, and was always so clean. The rooms are so comfortable and the air con is a life saver! I already can't wait to come back. There is no better place to stay in jeri!!!!

The entire Staff is very professional , attentive ,obliging and willing to make a guest feel welcome throughout the experience . A few Staff Members are multilingual . ( fluent even in French / Spanish ) Compliments to Franck , Victor , Emmanuel ….for instance ,and each one of the entire staff , the Reception ,whom I unfortunately cannot remember in this moment but who were equally great . The menu at La Plage features both continental and Brazilian specialties which are presented in a delicate way and with faithfulness to the individual recipes . Noteworthy and outstanding , the Seabass baked in a salt crust . Excellent , perfectly tender and juicy , similar to the finest seabass you could eat in Greece, France or Italy . The bruschette with tomato and Basil , a great appetizer while sipping a flute of champagne and a view on the beach . The moqueca with seafood …. All in all , what I can say about Casa Na Praia and La Plage: immaculate , impeccable , comfortable , sparkling and worthwhile . The Winner ! Chapeau !

Reviewed By Swisstravellers5We stay for 2 nights in a nice family room with a mezzanine. The kid corner was well furnished with 3 beds. the bathroom was big and well equipped. The staff is very friendly, speaks english very well and the breakfast was great.

The hotel may not have a view of the Jeri dunes, but the plus is that it is not located on the noisy main strip of beach. The service is wonderful - friendly and accommodating. The food very good - I loved the breakfast. I stayed the first few nights in an ocean view apartment, but then moved to a garden apartment (seduction). I think it’s fair to say that the garden apartment is nicer one - it’s larger and has better air conditioning. The only advantage of the ocean view apartment in my view is the patio that leads onto the pool area….a great place to chill out. I’ve stayed in several hotels in Jeri over the years and it is Chili beach that I would come back to.

Very reserved, there are only 24 suites, usually occupied. very comfortable rooms; with the difference of having a private pool for each suite, on the balcony. Impeccable service! full breakfast, menu style. views of the sea and sunset. worth every penny of the expensive value of the reserve. unique in the city; distinct it is excellent! O Dune Essenza é um hotel 5 estrelas do tipo "boutique hotel". Bastante reservado, ha apenas 24 suites, usualmente ocupadas. quartos muito confortaveis; com o diferencial de se ter uma piscina privativa para cada suite, na varanda. Atendimento impecavel! cafe da manha completo, no estilo cardapio. vista para o mar e por do sol. vale cada centavo do caro valor da reserva. sem igual na cidade; distinto e excelente!

Not a problem though. Nice breakfast, albeit standard fare for Brazil. Hot water for the shower would have been nice.

The room we stayed in was also lovely with lots of storage space, a nice shower and air-conditioning that works well. Breakfast was the best we'd had in our trip to Brazil - fresh fruit, juices, cakes and crêpes /tapioca pancakes to order. It is a bit of a walk to the beach however this was fine for us and added to the chilled atmosphere of the pousada,

Reviewed By marcelomunhozI've stayed at Pousada Azul in March 15, it was my first time in the magical Jericoacoara. I missed the wind season and only windsurf one lucky day but no regrets. Pousada Azul is an amazing place, very close to the sunset dune, a few minutes from the beach and very friendly staff. My room was refreshed every day, the breakfast was yamii with freshly cooked tapioca every morning and nice soft music to start the day played by Felippe. A special thanks to Felippe that went beyond my expectations in regards to an amazing service. Im also in the hotel industry and this guy is good..! He was also very helpful by organizing my transport with the Mini-bus to Jeri, well worth it, they picked me up in the hotel in Fortaleza and dropped me at the door in Pouzada Azul. A wood and straw construction designed by a Brazilian architect, La Villa’s open spaces are filled with such natural elements as sand, flowers and coconut trees. Its comfortable atmosphere is set as much by its cozy rooms, large swimming pool and bar as by its accomodating staff and wide range of guest services.

Reviewed By oliviero2014Let’s start with a big plus : the decoration of the hotel is very nice . Something rare in Jeri where most places are tacky. Staff overall is also nice. Two big negatives : 1) no attention is paid to COVID at all. Staff at the bar or the restaurant do not wear masks most of the time ( except for breakfast strangely ) I informed the reception but it brought no change. Basically the guy will bring your food smiling with no mask . Barmen are the most conspicuous of this total lack of care. 2) we did not have one single day ( 7 days in total) where we could enjoy hot water for both morning and evening. Despite numerous complaints nothing happened. It’s clearly an installation problem . Our last day we had no water neither in the morning nor in the evening. This can happen one or two days but NOT during 7 days ! Otherwise in no particular order : - our room ( number 3 , very small ) had no bed-side lamps which is a pitty. You have to get up to put out the light of you want to read before going to sleep…. - Food in the restaurants is good but over-priced even by Jeri standards and takes forever to get to your plate.( i even canceled an order once ) - Music play lists are not very adapted to the time of the day and sometime played very loud in the wrong place where you want to relax like by the little pool on the side of La Villa Praia. - Finaly, the place can sometime look like a kindergarten from the number of screaming kids by the pool so forget about the “zen environment” promoted by the hotel that some guests are looking for. But then again la Villa Jeri is not for adults only ..
