Reviewed By RezandonadeThe rooms ara spacious nice and clean, the pools are good for the kids and you can choose from a hot water to a refreshing one. The restaurant has improved since last time I was there and the food is very good now. The only thing that is not good are the prices. Very expensive.

nice house ,unfriendly treatment
Reviewed By berbodfraI had arrived 29th of June around 5 am. The 2 wommen on the reception-desk even didnt interrupt their talking after my arrival. I had to ask twice to receive an answer. They couldn t speak English. They even didnt trye to communicate. It seems they hate foreigners. They responded in Portugese that they have no free vacancies. There was no recommendation for other hotels and no good bye. I have checked it on different booking sites. It was wrong. There had been free rooms.A nice building doesnt count with unfriendly nonqualified stupid workers like this. Not recommandable for foreigners.

Reviewed By berbodfraNew building, enough food for the breakfast, includes fresh juices, cable or satellite TV with flatscreen exists in all rooms, the shower offers all nessesary temperatures from cold to hot, 24 hour service on the reception desk exists - these are the posetive points. A part of the rooms have a direct view to a wall, they didnt show all available rooms and lied about the differences - just to sell the more expensive rooms. As a gringo I have got in the first day the smallest room. The breakfast consists of cheap food. The only sausage (probably mortadella) is from low quality with a high amount of fed. In absence of the owner on a weekend, they have reduced the breakfast . They did not prepare the omlette etc. I am not sure. May be it was because they do it always , when less guests are there .Or it was because of the absence of the owner. 1 night ppl arrived by car to the hotel with very loud music. Nobody speaks English or any other foreign language. By using my labtop in the lobby I have heart one worker convincing another worker to let me use my labtop there. That was strange. These are the negative points.

O estabelecimento conta com duas opções de quarto, sendo uma diferença pequena, porém valiosa quanto ao tamanho dos quartos, tipo de cama e acomodações. Atendimento excelente (já jantei no hotel em outra ocasião, porém desta vez o restaurante não estava funcionando para jantar), um dos melhores café-da-manhã da cidade. Contam com garagem e rampa de acesso para cadeirantes. Recomendo, e sempre recomendo aos nossos consultores.
