Reviewed By AvdV80Been coming to Holambra for several years now and it had been a while since I stayed in Holambra Garden Hotel. It is always good to be back and in the time since my last stay several positive changes have been made. The reception area is bigger, decoration has been renewed and other services have been improved. Service at reception is good. Rooms are basic but well equipped. It is good to ask for a room which does not face the main road. This avoids problems with noise. WIFI is included and of good quality. Breakfast is also included (buffet) and of really good quality. The hotel is centrally located and has several restaurants closeby. Very good option when you are visiting Holambra!

Hotel: perfect in everyway!
Reviewed By travelfanatic1982This hotel is so picturesque. It is kind of off the beaten track, yet for me this is what makes it so perfect. It is a family run hotel, in its early stages of development. One of the son's runs the business, and he does an amazing job. He is very helpful and if anything was not quite right with my stay, he would try everything possible to rectify the situation. The rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings. This is much better for the hot summer months in Brazil. I like the modern, sterile look of the interior. The bathroom is wonderful and clean, with a very powerful shower. Personally, I would like some local shampoos or bath soaps, but I tend to be picky about such items! It would also be nice to have cable TV or an equivalent, for us international guests, but hopefully this will come with time. The breakfast is superb! An array of fruits (many of which are grown in the grounds of the hotel), fresh juices and on occasions there was home cooked cakes made by the son's girlfriend - amazing! There is a good selection of meats and cheeses. There is also a pool which is essential for the heat in Brazil, and an area to relax. What is special about this hotel is that it has so much potential to offer guests everything. There is a BBQ area which guests can use. The hotel can host gatherings. It also organizes collections to and from the airport. The fact that this hotel is situated on a lake makes the stay even more special. There are many restaurants and bars in Holambra, and these are a taxi/drive away. This is a wonderful hotel that offers great customer service with great food and accommodation, at a very reasonable price. On my next trip to the area, I will visit it without a doubt!

Reviewed By PabloCFA great place to stay, visit, eat, relax and buy “cachaça”. Rancho da Cachaça is a family administered facility. With some great attractions: 1) the food. Cooked in slow wood stoven. Old school, like my gramma and gran gra mamma used to do. 2) the food, again, but not itself. The view from the restaurant is something you can’t miss. 3) the “cachaça” production set. You can see a little bit of the production environment, and the ranch were they stay until the right time to drink. 4) the rooms are very quiet. 5) they let the beverage area open at night with no one working. With a little booknote and a pen. With you get something, like a beer for example, just note it and pay when you live. Someday they cook porks and ribs. Look at their Instagram to see. A place to came back

Reviewed By jooplentEverything was large, light and cold (both in temperature and in atmosphere, with, among, others bright white LED lights making you feeling to be in the hall of a railroad station). How come that one is unable to make a good hotel room with basically good material. A bathroom door that cannot be closed properly due to bad construction of the sliding door, resulting in an inundated room. No place to put your soap and shampoo in the shower, except for the floor. No place to hang your clothes in the bathroom, or your towels next to the shower door. No drinking glasses at all, even not one plastic cup. The towel rack, new I suppose, was badly fixed and almost came down). A new airconditioner that does not work so the room remains very cold. Quickly painted, so spots of paint on the furniture and the tiles, Damaged tiles, drops of ceiling material on the shower wall etc etc. Another frustration was that the hotel room was just a meter a way from a greenhouse which made me realize that the smell in the bedroom was dominated by that of chemical pesticides.And a last surprise I badly hit my head against a low part of the roof, as if all people are shorter than 1.50 meter. Price and breakfast reasonable. Positive point: the location is quiet. My advise: find a real nice pousada or hotel in Jaquariuno to feel like being in Brazil and not in fake Holland.

Reviewed By Brazuca99A nice and well located pousada. They are close to the main street, with the local bars, restaurants and shops are. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not expceptional, but it is good.

O quarto é muito espaçoso e confortável (camas confortável, banheiro grande, ducha boa e todas as facilidade com fogão e geladeira, inclusive já com bebidas), o café da manhã é bem caseiro e saboroso com boa variedade, ótima localização e pessoal muito atencioso e prestativo. Voltei a me hospedar no Amsterdam Suites quando voltar a região.

Reviewed By MaanaimÓtimo lugar para passar dias com a família ou em casais. Sr. Valdeci e Dona Vilma são espetaculares, sempre prontos a prestar suporte no que for preciso. Ótimo café da manhã e acomodação. A localização é boa, 5 minutos de carro da cidade. Voltaremos com certeza!
