Non-smoking guest house has 9 new, luxuriously equipped rooms, one of them is on the ground floor with own wheelchair access and is adapted for people with reduced mobility, including modified shower and toilet. Some rooms have views of the Beskydy and Lysa hora, others have windows facing the surrounding residential area. Guest House is strategically located in Havirov in Karvina and other cities such as Ostrava, Cesky Tesin, Orlova or Terlicko. All rooms are equipped with private bathrooms, some with bath, other with shower. All rooms have a large LCD TV with satellite receiver, quality beds with comfortable mattress. There is one single room, three double bedrooms, three double rooms with extra bed and two premium double rooms. These two rooms are additionally equipped with individual air conditioning and refrigerator. Total capacity is 17 + 5 extra accommodated.
Nice place to stay
Reviewed By Peter BStayed only overnight, but i have found a relax in this hotel after a long driving. Hotel is located in quiet neighbourhood of privat houses. Has own parking area with easy access into hotel. All rooms are located on the first floor above the restaurant. My single room was pretty large, fully equiped, clean and well maintained. I felt very comfortable in there. Meals in the restaurant are tasty and for good money. Had pasta with chicken and parmesan, food was very good as well as draught beer Pilsner Urquell:) at the end i can just fully recommend this place.

We normally are here for lunch, the food has always been very tasty & the prices are very resonable. You can order off the menu or choose from the daily specials, which always includes a choice of two soups, & three entrees, such as roast leg of duck, chicken, & etc. with vegetables. It is in a beautiful park setting & when the flowers are in bloom it is a beautiful sight. Friends have stayed here & said the rooms are nice at a fair price.

Good hotel for reasonable price.

Lovely staff nice polite, as it was not busy we had lovely chat outside while serving drinks, meals etc. Youg lady behind reception was really hellpful and very professional. Rooms ok, nice and clean. Diner was very good and tasty for reasonable price. Breakfast is ok. Bread with many choices, croissant etc. Or you can have warm breakfast from menu. Overaly I would say good value for money, next time in this town I would go back there.

Reviewed By DrzejekPokoje w stanie dobrym, choć czasem się zdarzy jakieś niedociągnięcie. Kontakt z gospodarzem (miła pani) dostateczny. Spokojnie można było porozmawiać po polsku. W pobliżu nie ma nic. Pensjonat do przespania się i dalej w drogę. Chyba, że ktoś ceni ciszę i spokój, to trafi dobrze. Po przeciwnej stronie drogi jest mały skwer. Na romantyczny wieczór Do centrum można się dostać autobusem miejskim (ok 450m od pensjonatu). Okoliczne dróżki na spacer też mogą być miłe.

Reviewed By duotukoV tomto hotelu jsem zůstávala jen přespání a myslím, že to je tak akorát. Pokoj byl čistý, koupelna pěkná, žádný extra luxus - normální pokoj. V nejbližším okolí nic není a restaurace tam není otevřená, takže pokud máte v plánu jen přespat a pak razit dál - doporučuji. Na delší pobyt ne. Personál byl trošku zmatený, ale snažil se vyjít vstříc.

Ridiculous
Reviewed By Martin ČThis is most probably the worst experience I had in any accomodation. The only reason, why I'm giving 2 and not 1 star is a pleasant staff at the reception and parking. Primary - this is not a hotel. More it's like a hostel full of workers living there. Secondary - you are sharing social facilities with your neighbours. It's not cleaned at all - you just receive keys (and remote control for TV) and at the end you return them back. No cleaning. Location - it's close to football stadium in Havirov (which I however like), outside city center, outside train station. Luckily we had a car. And the last - check the price with the hotel in advance. Because we were charged by double figure, than it was mentioned on the booking.com site. No possibility to claim for lower price, because you're paying per person, not per room (even though it was mentioned otherwise). No wi-fi even though it was promised. Final statement - this is really a last choice (as it was for us)

Reviewed By pierre1913Katastrof! Sämsta boendet jag bott på. Skulle aldrig bo där en natt om inte allt annat var upp bokat. Skitiga, fuktiga rum som lukta mögel, fukt rengöringsmedel och gammal cigarettrök. Fulla gubbar som vill in på rummet mitt i natten, fulla damer som hela tiden skrek efter cigaretter. En ståltrappa som dom går till alla rum som alla hoppade i hela natten, gick inte o sova. Fin pool men vattnet var 7 grader, stod inget om detta. Inte ens riktiga lakan i sängarna. Detta ställe skulle inte få vara öppet!!’ Positiva var att dem två tjejerna i baren var väldigt trevliga. Jag ovh familjen avbröt semestern tidigare på grund av hotellet.
