Reviewed By Herman2991absolutely horrible hotel, we had DELUXE room for 3 nights for almost 9k czk which was worse than some very cheap hostels. Shower was moldy. Wellness was very bad and old like 50 years ago. Never go there anymore.

APPALLING EXPERIENCE
Reviewed By AliceK448All super wrong since the very first minute.Check in - you need to check in through a terminal located at a corner of a dark bar, 3 waitresses looking at you, as yuo are struggling to fill it in....not very helpful ......authorisation for a payment for the room requested ,though the room was already pre- payed for, as the staff confirmed after being told...another authorisation for " a possible damage " fee of 2000 requested to be authorised ..... we got shoe box size room, which was about 10 meters smaller, then what was advertised and had 2 beds less and had a toilet located right in the room in the " glass cabinet" with shabby curtain closable only from outside....romantic? not!....well, staff changed the room once we complained... we booked 2 hours massage at the luxorious spa...to learn at the time of the booking, that our reservation does not exist...and staff told us, we probably never booked.... the psa, which there is an extra charge of 1400czk/ person is so filthy, that I would not even bath my dog in that whirpool - look at the pictures... and when we complained about that all, we were told, that we are the only complaining guest and our behaviour is not acceptable....by a waiter with 2 huge disgusting oil stains on his wanna be chic tie...LOL. This place is an utter catastrophy and our spoiled weekend can't be made up for with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco...sorry guys....

Reviewed By 706kyrreaVisited the hotel during cross country skiing event with a big group. Nice hotel with all facilities. Breakfast and dinner was good and rooms were okay. Clean and good space. Will not hesitate to returning on future visits. Short walk from city center of Harrachov. Thanks to the hotel management for giving us waxing facilities in hotel garage.

Reviewed By Ron dVery spacyous room with 1 double and 2 single beds.Everything for a nice stay was in the room.Small refrigerator ,flat tv ,table and chairs.Nice bathroom.There was no elevator but the room was on the first floor.We had logies and breakfast ,the breakfast was very good every morning the owner came to ask if we wanted eggs and what type . Only disadvantage was that there was no balcony and if the pizza oven in the restaurant was functioning it was very hot in the bathroom.

We stayed in the groundfloor which was good for us as it was next to the dining room and kitchen corner with all the things you need in the kitchen. We were a little bit affraid it will be noisy there in the evening, but it was not. The pension is very very clean! The breakfast is nice buffet. It is served from 8,30 to 9,30. Better be there exactly at 8,30 because the owner does not add food automatically there, so if you come later you have to ask for it if there is something missing which is not really convenient... The pension has a very nice quiet location with a perfect view. In a few minutes walk you get to the center. Most of the room has a balcony. Rooms in the groundfloor do hot have a balcony. We recomend this pension!

Reviewed By SHagaiWe should have never come in, the staff was unfriendly and rude. Questions were left unanswered and some requests did not get any attention. Gulasch was very good, other dishes were OK, beer was fine.

Good experience

The owner is not present at the property, the little disadvantage was we had to wait a while to get in (though booked in advance and agreed timing). We got a reccomendation for a restaurant nearby with a discount coupon. Room was clean and well decorated, only the shower had a little less space than one would like. We had a room on ground floor, next to the entrance - this was ok for one night and no late comers. We wanted breakfast earlier than the usual hours to allow for the long hiking trip we planned. This was no issue and there was enough quality food. No juice, tea or coffee only.

Reviewed By Buckingham JAt the Harrachov Inn Hotel we spent a really nice weekend. Everywhere was a lot of snow and skiing opportunities are excellent. The hotel provides ample comfort - especially a fantastic breakfast and a dinner. The ski area is located right by the hotel. I warmly recommend!

Reviewed By Díša MThe hotel is very basic in its room equipment (eg no hairdryer, showecream) BUT staff always welcoming, if you are skiing, you can find dedicated room to store your equipment (nonstop under cameras), if you are with children, you can find veeeery nice and big room for kids to play there including places for parents to relax. Hotel also provides massages, stunning views from the room on the downhills, the ski area is very close, so basically you have everything by your hand. We've got a half-board - don't expect miracles - basic kitchen of three to four meals, soup and drinks (beer, vine, soft drinks and water) - this was very useful due to the fact we can rest in the evening and weren't push to visit the city center for dinner. Enioy your stay in here.
