Reviewed By jlJ9683RCIt's not as the pictures the staff is the most awful ppl in customer service I have ever been in contact with. They mock you and treat you like you are stupid. The rooms are moldy and need to be renovated and properly cleaned!! There are mold in alot of rooms. This not a 4 star resort it's barely a 3-. And if you don't have kids and want a quiet romantic trip ..well this one will more likely kill your mood for a few ages to come ...

Quiet, Clean and Friendly hotel right on a private beach
Reviewed By EyalaWe had a great stay at the Silver Beach Hotel. This is a relatively small hotel (under 100 rooms) which suited us very well (we don't like those huge facilities with hundreds of rooms). It is located right on the beach - our beachfront rooms were just on the water (20meter). Try getting one of these rooms if you can. The rooms are specious and can easily accommodate a family with 2 kids. Rooms and hotels facilities (pool area, bar, restaurant) are VERY clean. Staff is very nice and helpful. Two important notes: (i) the hotel is listed as "all inclusive" but it is actually "full board" with 3 (very decent) meals, but you will have to pay for extra coffee and drinks, (ii) its location is quite remote - better have a rental car to get around.

Reviewed By Terence CMy wife and I had to fantastic two weeks at the Pardalakis Apartments, the room was lovely and spacious with a well equipped bathroom. The pool was a good size with a nice lawned area with plenty of shade. The Pardalakis family are the best, they can't do enough for you. The daily specials on the menu are a must, all cooked fresh and something different ever day and at very reasonable price. These were a god send to us as my wife couldn't walk very far. Will we go back again, most definitely.

Reviewed By Janis SWe spent two weeks in the hotel. Only the best memories. Great room, very comfortable bed. Excellent pool. Pleasant, peaceful and quiet atmosphere. Access to the beach directly from the hotel. There could have been a richer breakfast on offer.

It lies just 40 metres from the sea, and offers a large outdoor pool.The guest rooms are simply furnished and bright. All of them include a cable TV, and an equipped kitchenette with a fridge, and tea and coffee making facilities. Air conditioning and safe are available at a charge.The common areas are air-conditioned, and the hotel offers room service. A car parking area is provided for those arriving by car. Reviewed By NardaV9Just came home from a great holiday at Ma-tzi. It was our first time there. Friendly people and a very clean appartment. A fantastic swimming pool and hearing and smelling the beach 24 hours was amazing. In the area around there are many nice villages. A car with you is preferred. We had a great time! Only 2 small things we missed, an opportunity to eat something in the complex and a comfortable sit area in the appartment. Rest was perfect! A very nice, clean and quiet place. We very enjoyed it.

Kostakis was our base to explore some of the best areas of Chania Prefecture and we perceived Kostakis as our home. Everything was perfect at Kostakis, and Giovanna of the Hotel Team was always great helping us with everything, i.e. organizing our wonderful day trip to Santorini. Thank you all at Kostakis so much for making our vacation great, and we hope to be back soon and visit more of your marvelous island!

The hospitality is unique and we are so happy and grateful to spend a big part of our holidays here again. Even in times of covid 19 we always felt safe and recovered very well. Reviewed By Leonie1111We just love this hotel. We keep coming back to Kydonia Studios whenever we are in this part of Crete. Super friendly, so peaceful and quiet. Always clean and has absolutely everything you need for cooking your own meals. Enough shops and restaurants are in walking distance if you'd prefer to be lazy though. The beach is super close by but the pool is lovely too. We can absolutely recommend Kydonia Studios for families and couples who like it quiet.

Chambre sympathique, terrasse dégagé, jardin verdoyant décoré et entretenu avec beaucoup de goût ! Accès direct à la plage : le bruit des vagues qui vous berce vous assure un repos paisible. Restaurant et supermarket sont à quelques pas mais l'hôtel est assez loin de la route (aucun bruit de circulation) Les propriétaires sont accueillants souriants et très agréable ! Profitez que Giani soit en train de s'occuper amoureusement de son jardin pour lui proposer le verre de l'amitié et vous pourrez longuement discuter des lieux à visiter, des spécialités culinaires, de sa charmante famille, sa passion pour le rallye... C'est un homme très généreux, immensément fier de sa famille, amoureux de son île, le visage toujours traversé par un sourire bienveillant ...une rencontre inoubliable ! Pour conclure : que des points positifs !! Une petite pensée pour cette très charmante italienne Henrietta qui nous a offert un merveilleux moment autour de son limoncello. En espérant que nous nous reverrons lors d'un prochain voyage sur cette île merveilleuse !!
