Highly Unprofessional ethics from members of staff
Reviewed By chirae2021Good Ambience, Great add on Services. Poor internet. I spent 28 days, which was watered down with Horrible service from members of staff. From the security at the car lot, to the receptionists. They do not follow through, rude and very unprofessional and full of sorries, that they do not mean. If you complain about issues, get ready to never get it resolved until you complain to the managers who at least seem interested to resolve. High dichotomy between the responses given to issues raised and actions to resolve; the latter results in utter in action. If not that I paid for my total stay, i would have relocated to another hotel. Definitely not staying there anytime i am in the country.

Great hotel
Reviewed By Chucks UStayed at this hotel twice during my trip. My flight came in by 3.15am, so collected my luggage and passed through customs and immigration. Got into my car and left the airport by 5.15am to my hotel. On arrival the staff was waiting for me, and I was checked in swiftly an shown my room. Constant electric, helpful staff. I even left my phone in my room when I checked out, but they kept the phone safely for me as I was coming back in a few days.

Reviewed By Michelle OThe staff was very friendly and accommodating. The grounds and rooms were always clean. Very peaceful. My husband and i will stay here every time we visit Nigeria. Nigeria's unknown treasure for sure.

Paris Suites is a newly rebuilt three star luxury hotel. The hotel boasts of twenty-seven (27) luxury suites, a chocolate bar, indoor and ourdoor bar. The hotel is one of the few hotels in lagos with a suspended swimming pool in the first floor. Our outdoor barbecue bar serves an assortment of roasted chicken, steak and other foods. Paris Suites is located in a very secure estate called Cavera Estate, sixth avenue. The hotel has a private security, the estate has an estate security, and there is armed patrols periodically in the general vicinity. Paris Suites is located in the popular FESTAC Town which was purposely built to host visitors attending the historic Festival of Arts and Culture in 1977. Festac town hosts many companies, banks, ATMs, and other attractions. When visiting Lagos, Fastac is a place to visit.
Crappy stay
Reviewed By 42oyindamolaaTerrible hotel, all those pictures were probably taken when it was first built. The room was so substandard and tacky, pillows were so flat and sheets were too old. Bathroom really really bad and they barely put on the generator. The hotel is a dead one final!!

Paid for Ambassadorial and i was informed on my trad day(same day i was to check in) that they only have Royale finally agreed and asked for a refund, got to the hotel for check-in and ask for the refund and was given Ambassadorial Suite....changed my room again without my consent...WTF They Complained over stained floor bathroom towel (its a floor towel) I complained over dirty room and soakaway smelling bathroom for a room over 45k and they said the smell wasn't bad....Aaah! The dirty room...their reply was staff said he cleaned it...duh r u blind....dey hv a very useless answer for everything. Service is 0%
