Amazing guest house and excellent service
Reviewed By iset_87We booked directly with the guest house the accommodation, meals and diving package. They organised the transport from the airport as well which is was great. Our suitcases were lost on arrival but they helped us a lot to make sure we could get everything we needed to enjoy our holidays which it is not easy in an island that has limited shops. Thanks to them our suitcases were finally delivered to the guest house. The room had everything we needed

Boutique Beach is designed, built and run by Romney Drury, a British diver, who loved this area so much, she gave up her job in the UK to be able to offer divers a wonderful experience for a much more economical price than previously possible in resort diving. The hotel offers 6 spacious, private rooms, 1 main restaurant and 1 roof top restaurant along with a very own Diving center with NITROX and whole range of excursions and opportunities to enjoy the natural Maldivian environment. Boutique Beach is located on Dhigurah which is in the famous whale shark area in the south Ari Atoll. The British Whale Shark conservation group, who are also based on Dhigurah, have recorded 268 whale sharks in our area, of which only 8 are female. Average length is 5.92m which makes them "teenagers." The whale sharks are there all year around, but some weather conditions makes them harder to spot. Mantas regularly feed in our lagoon as well as the famous cleaning station at Rangali which within easy reach. There are 15 deep reefs or Thilas in between Dhigurah and the next island. The famous Kudarah Thila is just 10 minutes away. Our PADI Dive Team will be happy to show you the best diving in the Maldives. We have a PADI instructor and a dive guide available on board together with a speedboat for smaller groups and further dive destinations. Our Dive center is the only place on the island where we have NITROX available.
Awesome Honeymoon Dive Trip! Once in a lifetime experience!
Reviewed By D5938HVjustinlMy wife and I went to Maldives a few weeks ago for our Honeymoon and stayed at Boutique Beach All Inclusive Dive hotel. This place is awesome and perfectly caters to divers. As other reviews suggest, the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The facilities were small compared to other resorts, but very well maintained. It almost felt like a small apartment, but fully furnished with dining area on the first floor. All meals are prepared for the guests and lunch is prepared for the boat if dive schedule doesn’t allow a return back to hotel for lunch. All gears are handled by the staff from the time you check in until you check out. Gears are setup for you in the boat each day and rinsed/dried by your checkout date. The dive boat is very big and you can spread out comfortably without having to sit too close to other. The dive sites are picked out the day before and divers are briefed the night before. The staff also puts together a video from the clips gathered from each divers during the dives, which is a nice treat. The rooms seem a little small at first, but you only use it to sleep after a full day of dives so a non issue. The restroom has no ceiling and opens up for you to see the clouds. The setup is really nice except for the mosquitoes that will prey on you during your stay. The island (Dhigurah) the hotel I son is one of the farthest from Male so it’s an extra long trip, but well worth it. The cost is reasonable and the dive sites around the island are amazing. We were fortunate enough to see multiple whale sharks, manata rays, along with other marine life we don’t’ get to see back home (Los Angeles). Lastly, I can’t say enough great things about the entire staff. Every single staff made every effort to make our stay enjoyable and memerable. Special thanks for Seb (instructor) for making all the dives enjoyable, Saeed (Dining Staff) for always greeting us with smile and fresh juice at every meal, and Shoag (Boat Hand), who’s playful gestures made our boat rides more enjoyable.

With open air bathrooms, super king size beds with plenty of privacy for our guests to enjoy. The island, Dhigurah is well known for it's 1 km long sand bank and over 3 km of white sandy beach along with the crystal clear turquoise lagoon. Guests have access to a separate bikini beach for them to enjoy their privacy. . Surrounded by the South Ari Marine Protected Area (SAMPA) our backyard is home for the giants of the seas, the Whale Shark and Manta Rays. UFA ESCAPE consists of d5 rooms with en-suite open air bathrooms. "UFA" means happiness which clearly defines the property which is well kept to endure the local feel. Authentic Stay in Dhigurah

Couldn't agree more with the previous reviews as all the team at Ufa Escape, but mainly Hoodh, go out of their way to ensure that everyone has a wonderful time. I specifically chose Ufa Escape over the "fancier" alternatives in Dhigurah as I was looking for exactly what they provided us with: a completely personalized experience that felt like it was tailored to us at all times. As soon as I booked my trip to Dhigurah I was in touch with Hoodh via WhatsApp and he couldn't be more helpful, arranging for transportation, providing us with information on the island, things to do, etc. Hoodh's father met us upon arrival in Male and helped us check in for our domestic flight with FlyMe to Maamigili (+/- 20 Minutes) where a Speedboat was waiting to take us to Dhigurah (+/- 20 Minutes). All this was arranged by Hoodh and the team at Ufa Escape. Upon arrival they picked us up from the harbour and drove us to Ufa Escape where we were greeted with fresh coconuts and coconut water! We chose to book a rate that included Full Board which meant that all our meals during that week were done at Ufa Kitchen and I couldn't be happier with that decision. Ufa Kitchen is, by far, the liveliest venue in Dhigurah, with something different happening every night, be it live music by Hoodh itself, karaoke, etc. It feels like you're in your living room with someone playing and singing for you. There was a wide selection of dishes to choose from and the team at Ufa Kitchen was able to cater to all our needs. They even surprised us with a (whole) grilled Reef Fish the day before our departure which was to die for. Just to give you an idea, at Ufa Escape, unlike all the other Guesthouses in Dhigurah, they don't charge for water and you literally get a bottle every meal and, basically, whenever you're thirsty. Almost every day we asked them to drive us to the Thun'di which was, by far, our favorite spot in Dhigurah. This is one of the other things that make Ufa Escape so unique: the fact that they offer complimentary transportation within Dhigurah which is an extremely long island, as far as the Maldives is concerned. Obviously, Ufa Escape is far from being a luxury hotel or even providing a luxury experience, but it was exactly what we needed and what we were looking for: an authentic, custom-made experience on a local island. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Ufa Escape and Dhigurah to any fellow traveller.

Reviewed By XebecheTasA great place for relaxing. The room (beach house) was great. Beautiful outdoor shower and a great bed! The staff is very friendly and willing to help you at any time. The restaurant unfortunately wasn't that good, however there are many restaurants in the area. The one thing they should inform you about on their site, is that the beach in front of the hotel is not open for public. You have to go to the other side of the island and walk to "bikini beach."

Reviewed By Ann GWe loved staying here. Right next to the beach with excellent snorkelling on your doorstep. Friendly and helpful staff. A special mention to Ahmed, Sam, Arusadh and the boat driver for taking us on some truly memorable snorkelling excursions. We saw a whale shark, mantas, turtles, sharks and huge numbers of the most wonderful fish. We would definitely recommend Athiri Beach and hope to return.

Reviewed By AndreafromPrague007Dhiguveli Maldives is a comfortable, clean, and low-key accommodation on the beautiful island of Dhigurah. Located only a few meters from the 3 km long beach, it takes no more than 3 minutes to get to the bikini part of the beach where you can swim, relax, and take in the gorgeous view. There are several spots on the island where the coral is very nice - we saw many turtles and fish. One of the main things the island is famous for are whale shark excursions, but sadly we didn't see one. Instead, we did some snorkeling. A must-see is the island's long sandbank where our family spent the afternoons. The hotel has an amazing rooftop restaurant with great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Overall, it is the perfect place to travel to as you won't ever forget about it.

An amazing experience
Reviewed By laisuuuuuI stayed with my family and husband. The rooms were big and spacious, the service was amazing. The owner was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. The beach was right in front of the room. We had all our meals by the beach with the most amazing view. Everything about this place was wonderful. 10/10 recommend for the families traveling to the Maldives’ local islands. I got the full local island experience. Hoping to visit soon again. Loved it!

Reviewed By Jason CMy stay at Ithaa Digurah has been absolutely magical, starting with being picked up from the ferry in a tuk tuk, and being delivered to the hotel where I was greeted with a cold towel and a fresh coconut to drink - very refreshing in the heat! All the staff in the hotel are extremely nice and professional - they always say hello, and go above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. Imran, the hotel manager, was super helpful in arranging the speedboat transfer, resort visit and excursions. The room itself was great - the bed was super comfortable, and the air conditioning was very efficient. The bathroom was also of a very high standard. However, the most exceptional thing for me was the cleaning - the room was immaculate (much cleaner than my own house!), and was cleaned every day. I felt bad walking around in case I made it dirty again! The breakfast included was also fantastic and plentiful - I always felt very full after! The dining area has a view of the garden, which is absolutely stunning. In fact, all of the communal areas are very tastefully decorated, and seem very modern and clean. The hotel is approximatley half way between the harbour (handy for excursions!) and bikini beach. It's also near to several supermarkets and souvenir shops, and is within easy walking distance of cafes and restaurants. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and will definitely be back next time I visit Dhigurah! Thanks Imran and team for making my trip so memorable - it felt like true 5* treatment!
