Quiet weekend getaway
Reviewed By GeninnaFor a quiet weekend away from the city, this place would have been ideal. It has a great salon, good for reading a book while sipping coffee or wine, Outside, it is also great to lounge, possibly in the late spring or early autumn time. However, we came with our twin toddlers and aside from playing in the hotel room and the small playground, there isn't really anything that they can do. There is a recreation room downstairs, in the restaurant area where there's a pool table and a foosball, but not for small children. If they could dedicate a small area to be a children's playroom, it would be great - though I understand they might not be catering to families with toddlers and preschoolers. Other than that, food was pretty tasty and the mattresses were so comfortable.

Reviewed By Dr Julian LWe spend 3 days at the hotel. The superior room was quite nice, but not clean enough. The cleaning lady was really not cleaning the room , bathroom and balcony! In the bathroom she just changed the towels and put toiletries, not cleaning the shower area! We left the empty shampoo bottles on the shelf in the shower in 3 days never removed them and the shelf was not cleaned.. We left the shower head on the shower tap on purpose to see if she puts it on the shower rod and clean the tap, she did not moved it so she did not clean the tap or the floor of the shower! It looks like she has to clean all rooms on the floor-30 rooms I think! It is too much for 1 cleaning lady! The hotel manager should put some more cleaning staff! There was no water pressure and not really hot water! You have to wait a few minutes until the warm(not hot) water arrives! Not acceptable! The SPA treatments and medical treatments at a very high level, an SPA receptionists did their utmost to fit the treatments to my schedule including a very early physiotherapy treatment at 07.30 when normally they start at 09.00. Very appreciated! SPA facilities are very good. Breakfast was good The food and service at the Gastrolab restaurant is very good and at the Forest restaurant too. The safe deposit box in the room was not fixed to the wall or cabinet. A technician came over after our complain and fixed it with a bolt to the cabinet shelf! No bell boy! The excursions guide Rares was very kind and attentive. Overall I would come back but they need some improvements to give a fair value for the money!

Reviewed By RodivasWe were not allowed to get into the Park, there were two huge but friendly dogs to intimidate yrespasser, and a polițe gentleman who said, "no entry, no way." We only wanted to take a few pictures but it was not possible, because of a " private event". Very disappointing,..

Reviewed By VladimirZaraVisited the hotel for the easter. Excellent ultra friendly service, very very clean hotel, large rooms with all amenities. Breakfast was large, tasty, with lots of options, everything fresh. Food at restaurant was both excellent and authentic. Large swimming pool with jacuzzi. Very good WI FI. Large area for kids playground. Excellent choice!

Reviewed By 837ioanaiA beautiful, clean, spacious guesthouse. Excellent good food. They say there is a sauna and heated pool. The pool water was very cold and the sauna non-existent. The attitude and superiority of the owner are the reasons why this location does not deserve even a star and I would not recommend it. As a bonus come the gratuitous evils, insults and high tone of the owner, who spoiled our good mood throughout our stay

wonderful accommodation with terrible guests
Reviewed By Alexandru Athe accommodation is wonderful, clean and sophisticated. on the other hand, whoever comes to the spa is unable to do so because it is full of children whose parents do not address them and there are no rules of silence than in other demanding places, the noise that hits and the water that splashes on the resters is unbearable! in my opinion since the main profile of the hotel relaxation should be set by some rule!
