Great Hotel for famillies and not only
Reviewed By piotrsX2394MEWe are coming to Villa Park regularly, sometimes even twice a year. Two great advantages are: - fantastic indoor pool with salt water, together with saunas and small graduation tower - excellent restaurant with great cuisine Food is really one of the important argument for my kids to come here, while I have to say they are skinny persons with quite narrow acceptable menu :) In a summer time there is additional outdoor pool open, so you can swim as well, not only play with kids or sit in Jacuzzi. Customer service is very nice, we never had problems. Yesterday we were late for supper and it was so nice they prepared a special table for us. Ciechocinek itself with its special climate is an advantage as well. I can truly recommend this place.

A stop over at Ciechocinek

Plenty of parking space at the back of the hotel and right next to local Tesco, at a very quiet area and yet within reasonable distance to the city center...4-5 minutes drive. The rooms were very nice with all the necessities and the beds above average. It seems that this hotel is accomodating, at the weekends Marriage Ceremonies ... and that was the case for us...It was Saturday night and the hotel was full of guests for a wedding and naturally there was some noise (..yes.. there was a live band playing till after midnight!!!) that sometimes, depending on the closing and opening of the floor doors, could reach the rooms...Also the breakfast service has been affected since the restaurant area was occupied by the wedding and breakfast was served in another room (maybe a conference room) which obviously was not for this purpose (...it even had a billiard table at the one end..) The quality of breakfast was good (not very good..) with plenty of options mainly cold choices... A very annoying issue were the flies, flying over the breakfast buffet and nobody did anything about it...Although the Spa area (..rather a small whirlpool with a relaxing area at the basement) was very very busy, we manage to use it early in the night and it was nice.All the staff, Reception area, Spa, etc were very polite making an effort to do their best under the circumstances.Would I go back to this hotel...? Yes ....at a day with no ceremonies...

The owner of the hotel, Ms. Grazyna, is truly an outstanding host, a warm and super friendly person. We were amazed with the culinary talents of Ms. Grazyna and her staff! We ate at the hotel the breakfasts and also dinners. We loved the hotel's interior and atmosphere. This place was spotless! A five stars Hotel!

Reviewed By AgataW_12This hotel is worth a recommendation. Great location, parking, spacious modern room with ensuite bathroom, with all needed facilities. Various packages available at reasonable rates. The only weak point was that the romantic dinner that was included in my package had a predetermined menu (not possible to choose the dishes). SPA available on the spot with great treatments, possible to arrange with a lovely staff.

Reviewed By zofiagcwirMeaning " sanatorium" is confusing for English speaking people. In Polish : it is a hotel where staying is connected with physio and balneo therapy. At the beginning you see a balneology and physiotherapy specialist ( M.D.) who is ordering the treatment taylored specially for you.There is as well good restaurant with opportunity to have diet food and in the evening ,when you finish treatment ,there is some entertainment . What to say more? We are here for 10 days and the time is running fast!

Few accessories in the bathroom. There is hand soap but no soap for shower or shampoo. I did not use the spa so I can't comment on it.

Modern, clean hotel in quiet location
Reviewed By barrystuart2017Villa Magnolia is located ~1 km from the main centre of Ciechocinek, however this provides the opportunity to have a very pleasant walk through the quiet leafy streets and parks to/from the centre. Parking is available. Limited number of rooms but clean and comfortable rooms and facilities for a short stay. Breakfast time was pre-booked the night before and a good range of food was available on our table at that time, both cooked (sausage) and cold meats, plus eggs, cheese and salad with plenty of fresh bread. Very cheerful staff.
