Reviewed By Mar ZComplejo de cabañas, que a su vez tiene un sector con habitaciones con baño privado. Tiene estacionamiento en su parte delantera. Posee un hermoso patio con pileta! Muy bien cuidado, con flores y plantas por doquier. Tiene parrillero, anafe, y lugar para lavar. También hay hamacas paraguayas y mesas con sombrilla. Para las habitaciones hay un sector con platos, vasos, cubiertos, pava, entre otras cosas. Super cómodo para hacer alguna comida simple, asado, o desayunar en el hermoso patio. Su ubicación está muy bien, a media cuadra de la calle principal, ingresando a Cafayate, a mitad de camino entre la estación de colectivos y la plaza principal (ideal si no tenes vehículo). La habitación cómoda, espaciosa, el baño bien, con ducha. Ventilador, aire, y un televisor algo viejito, pero que funciona perfecto. Tienen servicio de limpieza a diario, y te cambian las toallas. Lo mejor es la atención, las chicas son super amables! En especial Florencia, que nos aconsejó respecto a paseos a realizar y siempre estuvo atenta a nuestras consultas. El wifi es bastante lento y se caía seguido. La única "desventaja" es que nos tocó la habitación 1, que tiene la ventana que dá al patio. Si bien por un lado nos sirvió para ventilar y refrescar la habitación, por otro lado estábamos expuestos a los ruidos de los demás huéspedes, y muchas veces nos encontramos pidiendo por favor que nos dejaran dormir. Incluso a algunos niños que jugaban de madrugada en la hamaca paraguaya que está debajo de la ventana. De todas maneras, éste detalle poco tiene que ver el lugar, sino que es la suerte de que las demás personas alojadas sean empáticas con el descaso ajeno.

Reviewed By Bianca Maria MI stayed for 3 nights in habitación 6. I absolutely loved it and really got some time to relax. Tidy room with comfy bed and en suit bathroom. Great views. There is a kitchen that can be used by guests. Laura the host really made me feel at home. Also got to hire a bike for free which is great. Breakfast is a bit a let down as they serve milk powder.

Good Value for a Good Room
Reviewed By YogaClimberGalI needed a room for a solo female traveler for 2 nights and this place provided a good room at a good price. It is centrally located and the room was spacious, clean and had my own bathroom. I was there in the winter and the room had a heater, so got warm enough and a working TV. the water pressure was good and had hot water. The best thing about this place was the staff, they were so very friendly and accommodating. Anything I needed, they were more than willing to help and made me feel very taken care of. The breakfast is not good at all. I don't even know that I would call it a breakfast. All in all, a decent place to stay with a great staff in Cafayate on a budget.

Reviewed By keklapisWe stayed in June 2018, when the hostal was undergoing some renovations. This did not bother us too much and it was nice to see that they're making improvements during the quieter low season in preparation for the high season. Carlos didn't speak much English but we managed with our little Spanish. He is very friendly and hospitable, keen to ensure you have a comfortable stay and share his knowledge of the area for the best places to visit. We had a private ensuite room with a shared kitchen. Lovely view of the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable, the showers hot, heating worked a treat in the cold weather. Drinking water available at all time. Kitchen a little small but functional. Not well equipped during our stay, perhaps it's because it was quiet season, we had enough for ourselves but it will need more if the hostal is full. There is a minimarket opposite, a bakery within 5 minute walk and the centre is 10mins away. A recommended place to stay.

It's slightly on the side which means it's not as noisy as the hostels in the main Street. rooms are decent size. staff is very nice and helpful, good value for money. I wish hostel was closer to the bus terminal (10min walk) but you can't have it all as hostel is super close to the main square (3min walk).

Reviewed By DarnokThis is an excellent property located in a private country club, just 2km from downtown. The area among the vineyards surrounded by nature is a perfect setting. Vila-rooms are magnificent: good dimensions, excellent bedding, amazing bathroom (superb shower, bathtub area). Views are aweinspiring just in front of the vineyards. Room service was a great deal for having a snak in the afternoon (convinient prices and great food options). Breakfast was a little weak in terms of variety and also quality (on the down side). Comparably afternoon tea was superior. Restaurant menu was good for dinner, but didn't impress. Personnel was excellent, always willing to help, really attentive and friendly.
