You can visit all the city main attractions on foot, the city centre is just a few hundred metres away from the hotel. There are plenty of good restarurants and bars by the Dobra river.

Well worth a visit
Reviewed By Peter KVery cozy and friendly. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It is nothing extraordinary but enough to arm you for a day ahead. The hotel also has a parking lot which we used. It is behind the barrier so looks pretty safe.

Reviewed By 239sylwesteraWe stayed in this hotel for a week. We had previously received a good deal to stay in the apartment pending our wedding. The apartment and the entire hotel are kept in a high clean standard , service as well , included bar and restaurant . I would like to say thank you the staff and Mrs. Natalia for help and care during our stay. I can honestly recommend this hotel if you want to stay in Bydgoszcz and make wedding party .

After looking at a few venues around Bydgoszcz, we were very happy when we found this hotel, and Manager Sebastian, who helped make our reception plans run smoothly. We had the pleasure of enjoying a few different meals in the restaurant and were very happy with the standard of food and service. Our guests were very happy with the rooms and service in the hotel, reception helping to book the odd taxi when needed. A short bus trip into the city centre which many of our guests took or 10/15zl in a taxi depending on the time of day. Our wedding reception was fantastic, venue being just what we needed. The food kept coming with great choice and flavour for everyone, drinks glasses continually topped up. The service was second to none. I cannot rave enough about Wodnik all around 10/10. Thank you Sebastian and the team for helping make our wedding reception an evening/night we, and all our guests will never forget. We all loved our stay at Wodnik.

Reviewed By alexthecariocaVery very central hostel, in the middle of the pedestrain streets. It was very empty, probably due to the pandemic and I had the whole place for me. Great! Only one minus point, if you're driving, you'll need to park 10-15 minutes away, that wasn't a problem for me

Reviewed By Kazlg62Friendly helpful staff. We were on the top floor and wifi didn't work, staff tried a booster outside our door and gave us alternative wifi code which worked. Our room was excellent and very clean, fan in the room which helped with the heat. Loved the breakfast, lots of it!! Walk to the old town is a good 15 minutes (next to the river which makes it enjoyable) but trams are cheap and regular. You can also hire bikes, the 'hop on/hop off' community type! Again very cheap. We used the tourist information centre a lot and again very helpful.

Stay like a local at Opera Hostel
Reviewed By joechoe27Nice and clean hostel. I stayed for nearly a week in Bydgoszcz and this place makes me feel like a local. Opera Hostel is located in the city center, very convenient. Just cross the street to the old town, less than 3 minutes. Will choose this hostel again if I would go back to Bydgoszcz. They do have a nice cafe too, and friendly English speaking staffs. The only downside is that there is no lift. Got to carry your luggage up using the stairs.

Reviewed By Keith JOnly stopped here as the company booked it, and there was a big NATO conference going on in town so everywhere else was full, so it was either this miles from anywhere or the flea infested Campanile. Where do I start…………….Reception….? Female staff- aggressive, impatient, impolite, unhelpful except if your Polish of course, in need of customer service training, male staff can’t do enough to help and their English is better. Tried to avoid all interaction with reception staff, ill-mannered and ignorant. Could not even give you a receipt when checking out, ordered a taxi for 10.15, it arrives at 9.15 as they don't listen and I spoke very sllllloooowwwwllllyyy. Restaurant, good selection menu, but once again female staff seem as if they don’t want to be there, male staff once again can’t do enough and a good conversation and laugh when talking. Breakfast typical continental, and limited in its variety, gets very boring after a couple of days. Maid service in rooms? A JOKE, Well one day its no towels, so you leave the towels you had originally for a couple of days on the bin, the same day the bin does not get emptied, some days no towels or toilet paper other days you can’t move for them, you have free sparkling or still water, so you drink the sparkling and then they give you another still? Some days the bed is made others its not, sheets changed during stay, can’t really say and don’t want to think about it, hovered room….guess not either. Don’t leave the aftershave out either that seems to go down quickly too. Try to give hints like leave the bin in the middle of the floor, Towels as instructed on the floor come in to find them hung up?? No post room clean Quality check obviously no check list, Memory retention of Goldfish springs to mind. Walls of room, ceiling and floor made of tissue paper so you can hear the arguments and other things from two rooms away, no springs on doors so the morons who do not know how to work a door properly have to slam the doors at all hours ‘to make sure they are shut’. Avoid at all costs, will never stay again would pay the extra myself just to avoid staying here. Worst Hotel in Bydgoszcz.

We offer a total of 51 single, double and triple rooms, and a room adapted for physically disabled guests. The hotel also has excellent facilities for organising trainings, conferences and special events.

Reviewed By SlayermenLet’s start for the good things: Nice breakfasts with variety of choice, the staffs was friendly, rooms was cozy. now I also have to mention the negatives and why my rate is 3 point of 5: Room window was to the parking which every single night of my stay there was people talking, laughing, drinking and cursing loud until late in the night so it was not possible to sleep or rest since the moment they start their non stop taking meetings in some bench right close to the window so if you close the window it was super hot inside the room plus the bathroom was having an awful sleep of humidity or mold (I did ask to hangs the room but at the moment was not possible so I had to stay in the same room), the mattress was too hard to be comfortable, and the TV was only in polish (not possible to access the menu to set subtitles or change he tv channels to their original audio language so no TV as well), and wifi signal was fine but slow connection.
