Great hotel for reasonable price
Reviewed By Николай АGreat service, nice food, spacious rooms! We have one with the balcony and it very beautiful and cosy. Stuff organised food for us even after working hours. Thank you! Highly recommend this place! Everything was even better when our expectations. By the way nice location, no problems with parking.

Pretending to be luxury
Reviewed By Vaidas JHotel is situated in the very centre, restaurant provides good meal (and probably the most expensive in Birštonas). Rooms resemle cheap budoir or brothel, they are are average or small but with a lot of kitchy elements from imaginable past. They have no AC, so there are problems in summertime, better to stay in winter. Staff is fine, but just two ladies for 14 rooms, restaurant and spa is not enough, so there can be some confusing things. And so called spa procedures are just bad, instead of massage you'll get a massage chair, and other nicely sounding things are poor in reality. Price for a stay is definitely too big.

The hotel „Pušynė“ is located in one of the most beautiful mineral water resorts of Lithuania, in Birštonas. Long-lived pines surround it. The hotel is next to the winding park paths and the Nemunas' banks, which is the biggest river in Lithuania. We are inviting everyone wishing to have calm and cosy relaxation in the wonderful environment, to cosset yourself with spa procedures, to taste delicious dishes in our restaurant or just simply enjoy a cup of hot tea. We are offering our guests to stay in cosy, classical style rooms. Our guests can enjoy the amazing view of pine forests through the windows of most of the rooms. There are tidy bathrooms with all necessary hygienic needs, hairdryers, WC, TV, air conditioners, mini bars, safes, Wi-Fi in all rooms of the hotel. We are serving fresh and substantial smorgasbord breakfast in our hotel's restaurant. We are offering to choose and taste delicious, thoroughly prepared and cooked hot dishes, snacks, and desserts from our menu.

Reviewed By 673ritabThe service system of the hotel is absolutely ridiculous. The rooms availability information was communicated differently within 30 minutes range. The same situation with the room prices - communication is not consistent. Customer Service is like in a public/state company run spa - there is no impression that customers are top priority in their business. Don’t want to do our business with this “hotel”.

Reviewed By Destination632914Very poor hotel and services. The pool very small. The whole hotel needs renovation! The food not good at all. The staff is not friendly if you ask them for a help they do not mind: for e.g. there is no water/tea/coffee in the room (this is 4☆☆☆☆ hotel reallyyyy????) No shower gel etc.....this is the bad experience from lithuanian's hotel.

You need to master Lithuanian or Russian if you want to visit
Reviewed By Windy NI have very mixed feelings about this place. First of all, for someone from western Europe, it is very cheap.. That we like. But then again, I would rather have paid more for at better experience. First of, you need really really need to master at least Russian to have any enjoyment of your stay. I speak 6 languages quite well, and a couple more quite badly. The "good ones" include English, German and Spanish, but this did not help me. At all. So if you do not speak Lithuanian or at least Russian, this is not the place for you. The treatments individually are the same price as the much nicer places in the city. But the package price - we had the extra large package with 6 treatments a day is a steal. Though some of the treatments are weird and I'm not sure what they are good for? Even my russian friend couldn't figure it out. (Inhalations, bubbly tea and halo (salt grotto) I'm looking at you). We did get a lot of great treatments too.. But we had to "fight" for them, as the first doctor we were appointed, didn't speak an understandable English OR Russian and just assigned random things and wouldn't let us try a lot of things that was listed as included in the package. But doctor number two spoke great english and was very accommodating. The booking staff also did not master English. We stayed for a total of 16 nights and every other day we had 30 minutes of massage. Waste. Of. Time. The massage therapists explained to my friend (Again, the language thing) that they have 20 clients a day, so can't really use any energy on either of them, because they would be too worn out themselves. We even had some really weird experiences. One massage guy first spend 5 minutes looking through my booking pamphlet and then started "massaging" in a very "wax on / wax off" way. If I had been a car, my back (only part massaged for the 2 weeks) would have been as shiny as a the day I left the factory. My friend had the exact same experience. Other things were good. Generally anything lead by a physiotherapist is recommendable: Water gymnastics, foam roller, vibrating plate, red cord. And also the under water massage (my favourite). The women performing that also seemed to be the ones who liked their job the most. Food. Wooo - that requires a whole review of its own. (Food is included in the stay) Let me just say that my Russian friend disliked it less than me. But still disliked it a lot. And it didn't seem fit for a spa/health place. All in all. Am I sorry I went. NO - it was such an interesting experience! (A lot of the time I did not know what would happen to me or why..). Would I do it again? Probably not..

Reviewed By happyday20192019Приехали с мужем по работе на пару дней.Номер выходил на сторону реки.Место тихое.Но слышимость в гостинице просто ужасное,бегали и кричали дети до 12-ти ночи.Интернет в номере плохой.Номер который нам дали был ужасно холодный т.к. его проветривали и окно закрыли прямо зайдя с нами в номер,пришлось просить радиатор что бы нагреть комнату,батареи были еле теплыми.Завтраки хорошие,понравились,но и то по разному времени

Terrible management and bad service
Reviewed By Rugile BIf you are looking for a place to organize team building, seminar or other business event this is the worst place to do that. Director is very unprofessional: not responding emails, calls, changing invoices after event and times of reservation during the event. The staff is not trained to help organizers during event, if you ask for something they do not understand why you need it and take a lot of time to bring it. Overall really bad service and no hospitality that made feel more than 26 people unwelcome in the facility.

Die Natur,direkt am Ufer der Memel gelegen , die super moderne Kureinrichtung, die Behandlungen -durchgeführt von exzellenten Therapeuten- ,das Speisenangebot und die gesamte Umgebung -der Kurort Birstonas suchen Ihres Gleichen. Optimal organisierte Abläufe, die keine Wartezeiten entstehen lassen, das Kurprogramm, welches der Arzt nach dem Erstgespräch erstellt wird sehr gut aufgelistet in deutscher Sprache dem Kurgast übergeben, so dass dieser die genauen Abläufe immer kennt. Wir sind das 3.Jahr in Folge hier und kommen im nächsten Jahr wieder. Der Ort, an dem Du etwas für Dich selbst tun kannst. Vom Flighafen Vilnius organisiert das Sanatorium den Transport. Auch Anreise mit eigenem PKW ist gut möglich, eigenes Parkhaus vorhanden.
