Place to be while Kite Surfing
Reviewed By chsaschI started Kite surfing at AKS Kite surf school in Araruama and stayed for 5 nights in Pousasa Alto do Pontinha. I very enjoyed the nice, big and clean rooms and the delicious breakfast. The owners of the guesthouse were very friendly and helpful, so all in all I can highly recommend this place to stay.

Excellent place to relax with a nice view of Lake Araruama
Reviewed By Fernando_VasquesClean. Good breakfast. Clerk helpful and friendly. Few TV channels. The hotel's internet link provider "Hi" is free but very slow throughout the region. Use the link for your laptop. View from the restaurant to the beautiful lake. It is located 10 minutes drive from the center and restaurants. It is in the neighborhood of the city of Pontinha Araruama Lakes regions of the state of Rio de Janeiro. Reasonable daily price of $ 130.00 per person (U.S. $ 76.00). Araruama is two hours drive from Rio de Janeiro to the north via a good road.

Reviewed By Lindenblatt11A nota mais justa seria 3.5. Quem busca luxo ou acomodações majestosas não vai encontrar nessa pousada. Fui atendido pela Dona e muito bem atendido. Local preza pela limpeza. Acomodações HONESTAS, o que reflete no custo benefício, mas tudo funcionando, arrumadinho e limpinho. O local tem uma boa localização, bem próximo a praia (5 min de carro). Café da manhã satisfatório. Uma boa proposta para quem busca custo benefício, sem abrir mão de limpeza, ar condicionado e ambiente tranquilo. Repeti a hospedagem e voltarei sempre.

Reviewed By Marcelo TUtilizei os serviços da pousada, que conta com quatro quartos disponíveis (dois com e dois sem varanda). Todos com cama de casa e beliche, podendo hospedar casal e filhos. Limpeza e arrumação excelentes. Conta com a simpatia e hospitalidade da equipe. Café da manhã também muito bom. Não bastasse, está localizado em frente à Lagoa de Araruama, proporcionando um lindo visual e acesso imediato para poder aproveitar tudo que há para se oferecer, como relaxar na beira ou se jogar nos esportes (SUP, Kitesurf, windsurf, slackline, etc). Local perfeito para velejadores ou não. Recomendo!!!
