I have travelled extensively and the View Boutique Hotel is very unique. I always enjoy staying there. The staff are amazing and go over and beyond. If you haven’t yet been to Giorgios Italian restaurant, it is a must! The spa is also very luxurious- a tranquil haven. Love Jenna

Excellent breakfast selection, lunch pack available on request, dinner with fresh vegetables, the peri-peri chicken and chicken schnitzel is outstanding! Very clean rooms with a beautiful seaview. Very pleasant and friendly staff that honestly see to every need. Covid protocol is excellent. Highly recommend this place for business or leisure.

If they are so strict on time why when we came to book in at 14:00 , they were not there... Late we had to rang the bell a few times.....the one lady was still in the car? The apartment's view was the roof....wow. The basin smell like the drain's fumes is coming through The bedside was broken not maintained- not as per website Really not even worth for a drive through one night sleepover. WE immediately left the premises and did not want to stay Still wait for refund Will not recommend not even on a special

Reviewed By krajpa665256not good. Kitchen cupboards falling apart. Toilet water running all the time. Resort is in Winkelspriut and not Amanzimtoti as advertised on Booking.com. Wifi not working. It worked on and off the whole time which really bad. apartment was not sea viewing as advertised. All in all, disappointing to say the least.

Worst ever holiday, humiliated by owner..scammed.
Reviewed By Tqomsquaredx343Felt racially profiled by the owner, who gave the room I had booked and specifically requested 2 months back and paid in full to a white couple who booked after me.. I even sent an email to confirm the specific room and it was confirmed as available, I still have the email of the confirmation ..the owner even threatened to kick me out to the street at dusk with my wife and not even get my money back to book somewhere else. Had to beg him to stay while he told me that he was actually doing me a favour. Found out that it is not the first time people of colour have been treated like this. Apparently treats the workers and shouts at them too. Quite a few have left to such behaviour.. felt belittled and scammed for my money. Will never go back there again and would not recommend it to anyone especially person of colour.. worst holiday I ever had . Beach retreat is a horrible place with a horrible owner who cares only about our money but not us a clients.. even his toned was so dismissive and undermining and condensing.. Utterly disgusted..
