Reviewed By murmifirstThe price-quality ratio is ok, and the staff efficient. Quite basic and clean rooms. The bathroom could be slightly refurbished. Quite convinient to visit Banja Luka. The reception is ‘on demand’ and the language skills quite limited.

In a pleasant and relaxing ambience you will spend great moments during your stay in Banja Luka, whether you're a tourist or you're here just for business, for a longer or shorter time, or you just wanted to come to Banja Luka, Hostel Room is the right place for you. Our guests have access to double, triple and quadruple rooms. Rooms are clean,neat and new. Most rooms have a TV, and some have in their composition a balcony. Our guests have 24 hours available access to clean towels, use of bathrooms, free Wi - Fi, use of two fully equipped kitchens, as well as the relaxation with the cable TV or just hanging out in our living rooms. We are waiting for you! Welcome to Hostel Room!

Hostel eM is located in a part of Banja Luka called Obilicevo. We are located near the city centre, and also near the fortress Kastel. From single to five-bed room, the accommodation capacity is spread on three floors. On every floor we provide air-conditioning and heating, and also two bathrooms and two toilets, as well as terraces for smokers. We have arranged 52 beds in 15 rooms.

Reviewed By Sara828555Sehr freundliches Personal und Besitzer der bei Anfragen schnell zu erreichen und bei sonstigen Sachen auch sehr hilfsbereit ist. Mein Zimmer und gemeinsames Badezimmer waren immer sehr sauber, weshalb ich schon zum vierten Mal hier bin. Das Gebäude ist recht neu und hat genug Schlafsäle die sich eher für größere Reisegruppen eignen, aber auch Einzelzimmern für Alleinreisende oder Pärchen. Parkplätze für Gäste die mit eigenem Auto anreisen, gibt es ausreichend. Café-Bar mit einer großen Gemeinschaftslounge & großer Schanigarten, befinden sich im EG. Kostenfreies WLAN kann man in allen Bereichen des Hostels nutzen. Alle Zimmern sind klimatisiert und haben einen Flat Screen TV, was ich besonders super finde. In der näheren Umgebung (innerhalb von weniger als 100m) befinden sich einige Restaurants, Pizzeria, Apotheke, Boutiqen, Schuhgeschäfte, Banken, Waschsalon und Supermärkte die bis 22.00 offen haben, wobei eines genau gegenüber vom Hostel ist und man bis spät abends noch einkaufen kann. Zum Stadtzentrum sind es mit Auto 3min und zu Fuß erreicht man es in ca. 15 Gehminuten. Banja Luka ist eine schöne Stadt mit vielen freundlichen Menschen, die man unbedingt sehen muss. Im großen und ganzen bin ich recht zufrieden, Preisleistung passt auch und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Reviewed By StjepanCROI was all good,don't expect 5 star luxury...but go there,staff is polite and kind always prepared to help and serve,ask what you need and smile with them how they smile with you. The place is calm for sleep and just go to visit Banja luka,fun,food and nice people.

Reviewed By missmartina2019First, things first: I did not have high expectations for a hostel property. However, I believe it's truly unacceptable to rent dirty rooms/apartments, and I am talking about dirty towels, floors, pillows, bathroom... Shower cabin leaked all over the bathroom, floors weren't even swept and the room looked like it hasn't been cleaned for YEARS. This was truly shocking. We were accommodated in an apartment house next to the hostel, that had 2 pull out sofas for beds (for us 4). Beds are small and uncomfortable. I am really sorry that I have to write such a negative review, but there were no positive impressions from my end. In the morning, we had to check out ourselves since the hosts were not there.
