Cockroaches.!
Reviewed By Andre GThe room (329) was new modern and apeared to be very clean. But after a few minutes the cockroaches came out of the showerroom. Although we complained at the desk, nothing was done! They came with an excuse that many rooms had different owners, and they (reception) were not responsible for this?

Good place to stay
Reviewed By eugenio_rybalowskyWhen you are in João Pessoa and like a good accommodation near the beach of Cabo Branco I suggest this flat. Its rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. It has an excellent service team. I recommend it.

Cosy and charming
Reviewed By Bea BLittle bit far from the crowded beaches. The owners are chefs -brazilian/ italian. The breakfast are GREAT! The time spent there were very especial. Night reunions with good talk. Easy to go everywhere. Emiliano e Graziela allways give to you very good rios where to go.

Reviewed By Laís MA pousada é de fácil localização, possui estacionamento privativo interno e coberto. Os funcionários são educados e atenciosos. A pousada não tem acessibilidade para que tem deficiência física, pois o acesso aos quartos são unicamente de escada. O quarto é bom, espaçoso, a cama é boa e o ar-condicionado também. A tv não tem tv à cabo. Possui uma varanda voltada para a rua. O banheiro apesar de pequeno também é bom. Para quem for se hospedar lá é interessante levar seu shampoo, condicionador e sabonete. Porque lá só oferece como amenities, um sabonete. A toalha é bem fina, então se quiser levar a sua. Outro detalhe, caso queira falar com alguém da recepção, precisa sair do quarto e descer, pois nele não há telefone. O que acho uma falha. Quanto ao café da manhã, ele é servido no último andar. É simples, porém, bem feito e gostoso. Tem algumas frutas, suco, leite, café, alguns pães, biscoitos caseiros, queijo, presunto, tapioca, raízes, ovo, etc. Apesar das críticas, voltando a Monteiro, ficaria tranquilamente nessa pousada novamente.

A Pousada with a view.
Reviewed By ireland_timothyThe best part of this pousada is the view over the city of Bananeiras which is absolutely spectacular. My apartment (202) had a wonderful view but not all the apartments face that way. The staff are very welcoming and helpful and my room was spacious and clean. There is air conditioning but if you leave the window open there is a marvellous breeze. The pousada itself is spacious and has plenty of places to sit and relax in. Breakfast is not that good. No butter and no jam/honey/ marmelade! There could also be more fruit and fresh juice. It is probably better to give breakfast a miss and go to the town to find a cafe!

Depends on which unit you rent...

The prices are very reasonable for a stay here, but because each unit is individually owned, the quality of the unit depends on the owner. I’ve stayed here twice and the first time the unit I stayed was beautifully furnished and comfortable, but the second time I stayed here, the unit, while inexpensive, hadn’t been refurbished for a very, very long time and was sadly furnished (including a plastic table and very old cabinets. Check the photos of the units before you book, so you know what you’re getting.

Localização perfeita, apartamentos bem equipados, serviço de lavanderia disponível, limpo, piscina com uma vista maravilhosa para o mar e espaço gourmet. Local seguro com porteiros 24 horas. Bem próximo a padaria, farmácia, conveniências, igreja e muito mais.
