It offers you rooms with a green backyard, open front space to park your car, a huge dining area with a variety of food options, a huge swimming pool with jacuzzi, beach side hut for evening hangout. It also has swings for kids. This property itself is a kind of tourist destination which has so many things to do when you are in the property.

Reviewed By mithunraj_88It was the first time i stayed in an apartment like accommodation while travelling and it was this place didn't disappoint me. I was travelling from UAE to Salalah and after a furious delay in border crossing it took almost 24 hours to reach salalah, we reached the place around 11.30 pm and receptionist was available also staff to carry our luggage was available, it was super cool and the check in happened in no time. I didn't expect it to be this fast. I Stayed in this apartment for 4 nights. My travel was with friends, we where a group of 8 people, Initially we took rooms for 4 each and after a night the super cool morning shift receptionist gave us a suggestion of staying in one room for all 8 for no extra chargers for bed and he can cancel the other room if we are interested. Of course we are interested and it did helped us to save a lot of money during the trip, all the staffs were very helpful and the morning shift receptionist was exceptional (Sorry that i forgot his name). The experience was great and it's better to summarize them. Firstly the plus points - 1. Check in and Check out is really easy, staff available to carry luggage and 24hrs receptionist and staffs available. 2. Don't expect luxury here, it is a well maintained furnished apartment which is decent enough for a family and group stay and spend quality time in the city. 3. we stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment 204, 304, which has basically, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom (1 attached), a kitchen (with stove, fridge, washing machine and some utensils), a hall, room was equipped with wifi, amenities like towels, tooth brush, tooth paste, bathroom chapel, tissues. Also 2 televisions , 1 in hall another in master bedroom (not many channel options apart from arabic), lastly a small balcony with city view. 4. Heater available in the bathroom, hence hot water is available all the time. 5. Enough parking space available in the front side of the apartment. 6. 24 hours super market available right below the apartment also few other smaller groceries and restaurants available in walk-able distances. 7. Airport is nearby, Qaboos mosque is in walkable distance and other attractions are also nearby driving distances. Like plus this every place will have few minus things also.. 1. Wifi was really slow. It had lot of trouble to get initially afterwards it got connected but was really slow. 2. Water logging was visible inside bathroom after having a shower which didn't clear on it's own and would stay for a long time. 3. Shower was not so strong, the force of water which i felt if was more would have been better. In short it is a budget friendly , comfortable stay for friends and family while visiting salalah.

Fabulous and exquisite hotel apartments in Salalah city, Oman
Reviewed By Road763711The apartments are immaculately clean and equipped with necessary amenities.Whatever is missing can be provided on request. Excellent staff and hotel serves light breakfast free of charge, dates, Arabic coffee, tea and juices are also available around the clock. Reasonably priced hotel and located near many tourist attractions. We would definitely recommend the hotel to all relatives and friends and we will book the same hotel during our next visit to Salalah.

Reviewed By nada8812004Actually; based on the reviewers in trip advisor and Booking.com I found that this hotel was great and has all facilities but I discovered that the photos didn’t match the reality at all. The place a bit dirty, needs maintenance, full of tiny insects, the reception is too old and smelly, and ground yard and parking are dirty and need maintenance. The money that I spent is not wealthy for this week at all. I can give 1 star for this place only but the location is excellent.

Good Property with Zero Maintenance
Reviewed By KumarSJIt is a spacious property but poorly maintained. First of all there’s some weird smell inside rooms. The sight of the sofas inside rooms will make you sick. Rooms were big but untidy. Paint on the wall has chipped out giving a sickening view. We checked in and checked out quickly. Not good for families with small children?

Poor services, untidy place
Reviewed By Manoj KStayed at this apartment for 3 days recently due to non availability of any hotel and last minute booking. while the location of the apartment is good, the quality of overall services are really poor. No provision of cleaning, towels or other essential, no change of lining, staff is unhelpful. They have no parking and approach to the place is bad. The furniture in the apartment is really bad, sofa was ripped from many places and smelly, TV was not working, WIFI is very slow.
