For us it was the best location we could have in Florianopolis, Lagoa da Conceição, close to everything and easy access to all desired destinations in the city. Here we found the best cost-benefit and good facilities in a special and calm inviroment, and we enjoyed the wonderful reception by the owners who welcome guests with kindness, helpfulness and friendship.

Reviewed By Vicku85Es un residencial bastante equipado, tenes anafe electrico, microondas, heladerita, vajilla completa para dos personas, ollas y hasta un tender, la cama eran dos de una plaza unidas por lo cual nos resulto grande y comoda para descansar. Nosotros nos alojamos en los cuartos de abajo, son un poco ruidosos por que estas a la calle directamente y se escucha el porton del garage pero son muy comodos internamente y afuera tenes un patiecito con mesa y sillas para cada departamento. No cuenta con desayuno ni servicio de habitacion, solo te cambian las toallas diariamente pero alcanza para el tiempo que uno pasa ahi ya que su ubicacion es inmejorable, es a media cuadra de una de las avenidas principales, Rua Madre Maria Vilac y a dos de Rua Das Naciones. Tenes acceso a supermercados, restaurantes, heladeria, farmacias, casas de cambio, banco... Todo cerca! Ni hablar de la playa, estas a una cuadra y media! Por la noche en Rua Das Naciones y la playa paran todos los carritos de tragos y ponen musica frente al mar, muy lindo para pasar un rato y super cerca del residencial. Es atendido por sus dueños que viven enfrente y estan atentos a algun requerimiento. Sin duda volveriamos ya que la relacion precio calidad nos resulto muy buena.

It is situated only 400 meters from Central Beach, in a region near the shopping center, bars, restaurants, pharmacies and many shopping options, being also the 1.5 km from the Atlantic Mall, and 2 km from the Bus Terminal Camboriú . The flat Laranjeira Concept brought a new concept in lodging in the city of Camboriú, a different flat, with valet parking, breakfast and a great location. Opened on December 30, 2015 the flat has a completely new and comfortable facilities to provide our guests the very best in comfort and service.

Reviewed By vavokrieckWe arrived in Balneário Camboriu 1 day earlier, and decided we would try and find a hotel on the spot. We downloaded an app and found Laranjeiras. We were greeted by Carlos, the receptionist, who immediately found our reservation and showed us to our room. The whole hotel looks refreshed and new. It might have been renovated recently. Price was fair, and if ever in BC again we will be there again.

The apartments are fully equipped each with its own kitchen and babeque and can sleep up to 4 people. Within walking distance from nice seafood restaurants and supermarkets. Famtastic beach.
