Tsovasar Family Rest Complex located on the coast of Lake Sevan. The opening of the complex was in 2014. It designed exclusively for family rest and covers about 10 000 sq/m area. Tsovasar has its own sandy beach with coastal recreational facilities. The opening view from balconies of Lake Sevan and Peninsula on the opposite coast will double an enjoyment of rest.

Reviewed By zarminezI have been travelling to Sevan with couple of tour operators and a group of women from Russia and Armenia showing them the local attractions. We decided to stop in Tsovasar to see the premises, to have a cup of coffee and to talk to the GM about future cooperation. I have been to the place several times and never had any problem entering the facilities for a cup of coffee or lunch. This time the security guide didn't let us in and called someone else who was constantly on the phone and treating us like trespassers. Very disappointing since I was considering spending a week there in August. I am not very happy with the premises, but it has a great view so I was also trying to promote the space. At any hotel, even of the entrance is prohibited, there is a responsible person who can take you to a tour. Anyway, The hotel lost potential local visitors, Russian tour operators. For a developing country like Armenia this is an unacceptable behavior.

My Apartments Yerevan” is located in the center of Yerevan city, on Abovyan street. Our apartments are only in 2-3 minutes walking distance from metro station “Yeritasardakan” and the public bus station. One can easily get to the Opera house for 5 minutes and to the Republic square for less than 10 minutes on foot. Most of the sights of Yerevan city such as Circle garden, Cascade, Matenadaran, National History Museum and others are also in a walking distance from the apartments. All Apartments are modern and comfortable. We have one bedroom, duplex and studio units. Each of the units features a flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a bath or shower and a free toiletries. A fridge and kettle are also featured.

Very good hotel apartments
Reviewed By An GWe had the queen size studio type with kitchennette. Very clean and good location just opposite mr hookah and also near SAS supermarket and the republic square! They provided towels pots cutlery plates and hair dryer but i was a little disappointed they didnt have microwave which i asked before we stayed and they confirmed they have. Anyways good stay and really best for its location

Reviewed By MiichelleeeI stayed in the 'new Aram street/ Nalbadian street' building and here's my review: PROS: - location is amazing, close to everything/ walking distance - the apartment was clean and very well equipped (kitchen utensils, enough pillows, clean towels, heater always on) - unlike other reviews saying the mattresses are uncomfortable ours were brand new and very comfortable - everything is provided to make living there easy: iron board + iron, cleaning utensils, dishwashing soap… - someone met us at the apartment when we got there, a very nice gesture CONS: - don't count on the shampoo they provide, not of very good quality - we were just watching TV when a lady knocked on the door to complain about the sound (note that we're 30+ y.o. adults, and we were literally watching a movie) ** make sure to know that you can't be loud at any time before booking there**

Very clean and nicely appointed with kitchen and washing machine. This was more of an apartment than a hotel. iii. Very spacious. iv. Good location with large supermarket about 2 minute walk. Con: i. Only negative was curtains were too small and not black out so when daylight arrives the bedroom lights up.

Сами апартаменты представляют собой студию, очень удобную, с современной сантехникой и множеством приятных мелочей (выносной Wi- Fi, например). Очень милая и предупредительная хозяйка Назик, которая предусмотрела не только все детали нашего проживания в её жилище, но и сориентировала относительно ближайших хороших ресторанов и кафе, парков и достопримечательностей, объяснила где и как покупать еду и сувениры.

Reviewed By Galina SПроживали в аппартаментах с балконом 2 недели. Все соответствует фотографиям. По сути это 2х комнатная квартира. Все новое. Кухня оборудована 2 х конфорочной индукционной плитой, эл.чайником и большим холодильником. Также есть посуда. Мы готовили себе завтрак и ужин. А обедали в кафе и ресторанах, коих в Джермуке немного. Квартира теплая. Ночью на улице иногда было 4 градуса тепла, но мы спали с открытым окном и не замерзали. Сам гостевой дом стоит в конце улицы. Поэтому очень тихо. Под окном журчит небольшой водопад. Машин почти не слышно. В душевой напор воды отличный. Вода горячая, без перебоев. Правда у нас подтекала душевая кабина. Из за этого всегда образовывалась большая лужа и было немного грязно. Полотенца хорошие мягкие, приятно пахнут. Меняют белье и полотенца раз в неделю. Уборку производят тогда же. WiFi есть. Иногда правда сильно тормозил. На все просьбы администрация реагируем мгновенно. Они вообще стараются, чтоб постояльцы были довольны. От источников минеральной воды и санаториев 10-15 минут ходьбы. Вообще Джермук это чудесный город с замечательными людьми. Всем советую его посетить и не на 1 день, чтоб прочувствовать его атмосферу.
