We have stayed in this beautiful park on three occasions over the past 2 years for periods of up to 3 months We are booked again for 4 months next year We have a slide on camper and large boat We take a site at the back of the park What previous reviews have said about the water problem is true However this is currently being addressed with new drainage etc and it is my understanding that the amount of rain received in the last year has been unusual and therefore the problem was made worse There are lots of beautiful trees to provide plenty of shade The camp kitchen is excellent- oven large gas cooktops and big fridge freezer and utensils are available at the office if needed Plenty of ceiling fans snd tables New amenities at the front and back ones are perfectly fine. Always very clean One of the reasons we continue to stay here is because of the amazing receptionist alvira She is very friendly and accommodating and always willing to help She organizes a singer in the park for everyone’s enjoyment and always makes her guests feel like family and old friends We love this park because it’s quiet and you can walk along the beautiful beach and the board walk You can walk down to the fabulous surf club for great meals and the owners Jason and Kerry are amazing and the food is great It is a 10 minute drive to a great boat ramp and then 1 hour to the reef for great fishing snd snorkeling 5 minutes to Woolies We love this park and Alvira

Amazing little caravan park, peaceful and picturesque surroundings. Excellent boat ramp and jetty just meters away, plenty of fish and some sneaky big Barra among them. Good facilities, toilets, showers and laundry just meters away up the stairs from our powered site. Lovely friendly staff and the place is in a convenient location for a day trip on the Ferry up to Daintree Rainforest and Cape Tribulation. Can’t rate this place highly enough, it’s family and pet friendly, the only problem we had was that we was that we had to go home, but we will definitely be back, lovely place, thank you so much ❤️?

Mission Beach Hideaway Holiday Village

No highlight to this property

Reviewed By U9029MUwaynef

The loathsome woman running this park is a disgrace to tourism and the very nasty little cabin we rented on line was uncomfortable and vastly overpriced. In a large beautiful park the cabins were jammed as close as possible to the busy main tourist road, the bed was horrible and everything else was run down or non existent. If we had booked back packer-priced accommodation it might be ok but we paid $740 for 5 nights and we left after 1 awful night and a dressing down from the owner. $592 out of pocket. We then found a beautiful spacious resort apartment for $125 per night and had a great holiday in lovely Mission Beach. The Hideaway owner was breathtakingly rude and obviously well-used to complaints about the cabins and more than ready to yell over any one else who tried to speak."I can tell you now yo won't get a refund"- showed that this was not a a freak occurrence and so do other reviews. We hope that no one else will have to lose $592 as we did to learn the truth about this place. DO NOT BOOK THERE.

Ridge House at Noah’s Eco- highlight of NQ holiday

Reviewed By 26dylanv

Absolutely stunning. This is the Daintree I wanted to experience. The craftsmanship from this build is amazing- built from oversize timber felled on the property in the 70’s. We stayed in the Ridge House. You need to know what you are booking- there are no walls on the ground living areas and only mozzie nets on the beds. But this makes the house. You wake up in the morning looking out the window at the mountain ridges out front. No 240v power, no wifi, no landline phone, no mobile reception, only a radio if needed. We were on the road for 2 weeks and this was the highlight. Family of 4- 3yr old and 5yr old. Plenty of toys for the kids to play with. Views for days! Loved it- will be back
