Good hotel at a TERRIBLE location
Reviewed By Emilio BThe hotel is clean and the complimentary breakfast was very decent, but I heard from several locals that the area is extremely dangerous (terminal Guadalupe). When I asked the hotel staff about that, they simply said that it was ONLY unsafe to walk around the hotel alone (I was traveling alone, so they gave me something to worry about). Apart from that, I had a good experience at Terrazas

Reviewed By LeytonstonecropI stayed there just as the lockdown was beginning; they were generally helpful but had limited (or no) English and so were not able to help with the situation of borders closing, National Parks closing, etc. Very close to the bus station (where the bus runs to the airport, Brazilian side of the Falls). Convenient for some adequate restaurants, but away from the main drag. Their website says they do laundry, but no laundry service in -house. But clean, comfortable, decent breakfast.

Basic room with good AC and hot water

The reception area and reception staff were friendly but the room was very plain and had 3 single beds for the two of us. A room with a double bed was significantly more. Very small bathroom but good hot water with good pressure. An excellent breakfast was available and secure parking was available.

Reviewed By nath_lemeMy husband and I had an amazing stay at Grajagan in January. Not only Ilha do Mel is a piece of paradise but the resort is also out of this world! It’s is located right at one of the nicest beaches with easy access to landmarks and yet very private. The common areas are very nicely decorated and it’s inspire pure relaxation. The rooms are very cozy and it was lovely to wake up to the sound of the birds. We had most of our meals at the hotel, delicious food and incredible friendly staff. By the way, I’d like to say that the staff really made our stay even more special!! Muito obrigada and I hope we’ll see you guys soon.
