Reviewed By Lucie SWhatever time we going to Wisla for few days, we always picking this hotel. Its right in the center with own parking spots, very good breakfast and clean and big enough rooms. Friendly and helpfull staff. You can use sauna or have a massage for extra money. Price is including breakfast and its very reasonable. You can take a walk around town center or visit inside waterpark, which is in next hotel. Also good for staying with kids.

Reviewed By Ludwika SWe used the SPA friends offer and it was fabulous. The package contains of three treatments for two. It also includes two nights stay with breakfast and dinner. The best part though is that the SPA zone is booked for your friend couple for an hour so you can enjoy your friend time in private. As we were with the bigger group we had SPA zone booked just us for couple more hours and it was really great. We could laugh and be loud without disturbing anyone but ourselves. I think this is a great offer. The service in Green Hill is very nice, helpful and accommodating.. We asked to prepare a vegan menu for one person in our group and it was not a problem. The food is home made and fresh. Some of the food i.e. dessert was a bit old fashioned but it had its charm. Overall it is a great and beautifully located place. It has its shortcomings but overall it is great value for money. You can combine hiking in the mountains with relaxing SPA time - what else could you possibly want from life!

Quaint stay in Gliwice
Reviewed By JAKESKI99While on business in Gliwice Poland I stayed at the Hotel Sylvia. The hotel is only a couple of blocks from city center and is a very modern hotel. The restaurant on ground level was very delicious and the menu was in both Polish and English which helps those of us that can not read Polish. In the morning the breakfast is included and the buffet amazed me daily. So many of the dishes I hated to take from as they looked so wonderfully laid out. The only complaint I have is on Friday and Saturday nights the club in the basement really gets rocking and sleep is difficult until the early hours. Rest of the week this is a great place to call home away from home.

Thanks to great location of our guesthouse, you are guaranteed peace and quiet but also easy access to the pedestrianised riverside walk to the town centre (15 minutes) and to the ski slope (5 minutes).
Lack of soul

Two things which made our stay anoying: first is lack of common kitchen, while on reservation portal they are informing about kitchen annex. There is only a fridge, kettle and microwave. Can you imagine no possibility to wash the dishes in so called "kitchen annex" and you have to bring the dishes to the room bathroom small sink to wash them? Secon one concerns lack of common area. The double room is around 15m2 so would be nice to have common area to sit outside the room. There is even such area for breakfast, but after the breakfast it is closed. There is one more thing missing. This place do not have a soul and atmosphere if you know what I mean. The staff is nice, place is clean but that's it. Maybe good equipped common area would make the difference.

Ideal location .
Reviewed By FionaChinnorThis hotel is situated just 250 yards from the main square and there is a small supermarket just 50 yards away which was useful .We were upgraded to a suite of rooms ie a living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with a huge corner bath . Whilst the shower provided hot water , we could not get hot water from the basin taps . We found the mattresses on our beds too soft for us . The cleaning of our rooms was excellent and , included tidying up everything for us ...amazing ! Breakfast was good with a good variety of continental things to choose from and there was also sausages and scrambled eggs . Reception were always very helpful and friendly . The restaurant was open for lunch but not in the evenings and , there seemed to be no bar . 'Ibu' is a nearby bar however , between the hotel and the main square . The latter serves many craft ales plus the cocktail menu is great too , the latter being a fraction of the price compared to the UK. I would recommend this hotel for it's central location .

Although there are some things that could be different. 1st: there isn’t WiFi connection in the rooms 2nd: in order to change towel, you have to pay which is really bad.

Reviewed By dahtas32I don't necessarily mind a small room but the shower, bed, and sink were extremely small and inconvenient. Also, I stayed during the weekend and they blasted terrible club music that vibrated through the entire hotel until 3am.

Very good for the price
Reviewed By m50lwsThe sat-nav had no problem finding the hotel even though there were a couple of unusual turns to get there. Parking was right outside. Very good and helpful welcome, note stairs only to the rooms. Room looked a little small but contained 2 single beds, when we expected a double. She showed us a double room that was even smaller so we stuck with the twin and pushed the two together which made the room seem so much bigger. The beds were comfortable, toiletries were provided and breakfast was nicely presented and cooked. The timing for breakfast was a little early for our personal taste but overall a very enjoyable experience.
