The sea is nearby (5 minutes). In the restaurant we tasted an excellent mediterranean cooking. The staff is helpful and smiling, we really liked everything.

Reviewed By lars HThe owner was very service minded. The room was simple, clean and priceworthy. Not many guests when we were there in June, but anyway we could easy hear a neighbouring guest, so the guess is that it could be noisy.

Reviewed By SueLiz46We only stayed one night at Hotel Centrale but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our hostess was very welcoming (despite our lack of Italian) and enthusiastically helped us upstairs with our luggage (there is no lift). We walked from the station, about 10 minutes, and were pleased to find that the hotel was only a few metres from the pedestrian precinct. Our room and bathroom were clean and comfortable and breakfast overwhelmed us with the array of cakes. As we were not leaving San Benedetto del Tronto until late afternoon we were kindly allowed to leave our luggage at the reception desk, and our hostess spent some of her precious time in conversation with us. This was definitely good value and the location was a bonus.

Products from our farm are healtity and genuine.The Agriturismo is located in the quiet hills at 2 km from the sea situated in the green of the olive trees and vineyards.We have 10 simple rooms with showers and private facilities they all have a view of the garden, and a wood bungalow completly independent that can be rented as an apartment in the low season.Parking is on a private street. The pool is situated near the vineyards in a beautiful sunny position with a wonderful overwiew on the sea. I prodotti della nostra campagna sono pochi ma veramente sani e buoni!L’azienda è situata su una dolce collina (mt. 180 s.l.m.) tranquilla a 2 km dal mare ed è immersa nel verde dei suoi oliveti e vigneti. Dispone di 10 camere semplici con docce e servizi privati che si affacciano tutt’intorno al giardino e di un bungalow di legno completamente autonomo che si può affittare come appartamentino nei periodi di bassa stagione. Parcheggio proprio e strada privata. Piscina ai bordi della vigna, vasca idromassaggio con acqua riscaldata, tutto relax e in posizione soleggiata all’aperto con vista sul porto.

Reviewed By 603traveljunkieWe found this place on line last minute, as we were visiting family nearby. They weren't officially opened until Easter, but they prepared two rooms for us. The rooms were clean and modern with towel warmers. The beds were comfortable. They were still planting flowers and doing some renovating. It is very close to town, but up on a hill with a nice view. When we left, we had to return our rental car, then go to the bus stop. They offered to take us, as it is a little confusing (for us foreigners) :-) And some streets were closed that day due to the public market. They were so nice and accommodating, we couldn't have asked for better service. When we return to the area again, we will definitely stay here. You come in as guests and leave as family!!

Reviewed By Daniel BI recommend this rooms just for one night stay. The room is small, but clean. There were some electricity problems during our stay. You can also use a garden. The breakfast is good, there is a lot to choose. The owner is nice and helpfull.

La struttura è situata nel centro storico raggiungibile in auto e a pochi passi dall'area pedonale dove si susseguono ristoranti,negozi e bar. Dal lungomare dista soli 700 metri.

We were robbed of suitcases and had a broken window in the car and it was impossible to continue traveling. We did not use food, energy or cleaning costs. The owner demanded 100% of the money. Yes, he has the right, but no humanity, only business.

Reviewed By yvonnem412I stayed here with my husband on a Leger holiday to Puglia in Italy. The staff in the dining room were excellent. The evening meal was good. Unfortunately the bar was inadequately stocked and we couldn't get a glass or bottle of Prosecco or anything else really. All the cafes and bars were closed an we had to walk to the main town for lunch it is a very long way. This was September and everything was closing! Breakfast at the hotel was not very good.

Disappointing
Reviewed By Stan vWe, me and my girlfriend, booked the place for 3 nights with booking. When we arrived we had to wait a while before we could check-in, although we informed the host of our time of arrival. And when we finally checked-in the cleaning service was still cleaning. When we were guided around in the apartment it turned out that the apartment was shared with several other guests and we could not make use the kitchen, for us this was a disappointment since we've especially looked for a private apartment with kitchen. We shared our disappointment with the host, who speaks no other language than italian, and she immediately mentioned that we had to pay for 1 night 100 euro. We mentioned again our disappointment and she only cared about the short-term money and our payment. We decided to leave without staying, not even 1 night. The host didn't care about this. The host of largo fileni 7 gave us a very nasty taste of san benedetto del tronto, but luckily we find another great hotel which was really welcoming and so we could still enjoy this wonderfull town.
